The cottage was adorable!

When we got through the place was very clean we were able to find everything we needed very easily. The hot tub was great. Could be a little hotter though.

The house was very clean when we arrived. The dishes and cutlery were well stocked. Tons of games and puzzles to keep busy. Beautiful view of the bay. The hot tub was on point. Our only complaint is that the tv was a little on the small side. Overall had a great time and would come back.

A great place to stay for a getaway weekend. The house had everything you could need and you can't beat the view. I'm definitely coming back when the weather is warmer.

Spacious and relqxing

The house was very clean and the hosts thought of every detail. The kitchen was well-appointed, with lots of utensils and barware, etc. It was super handy to have scissors, good knives, and even plastic bags!The hot tub was great - clean, good temperature, easy to use. Thanks for a lovely stay!

The cottage was perfect, the views are spectacular. We only stayed 2 days but we could have stayed much longer. The house has everything you need, from a fully stocked kitchen to games, binoculars, blankets comfy beds.The hot tub was a nice bonus. Neighborhood is quiet and neighbors are friendly.Bay City has alot to offer, great restaurants, riverwalk and unique shops. Ordered in from BJays, perfect for a cool night in.Hope to return for a longer visit.

House was extremely clean and fully stocked for all of our needs from beach towels to games to a fully stocked kitchen. Scott and Jill were extremely easy to work with and gave us many recommendations! We had a very relaxing family getaway! Overall great experience and great hosts would highly recommend!

The house was nice and very clean. The yard was spacious and just steps away from a large sandy beach. My kids enjoyed the lake house and it was a relaxing trip. The owner said the water level was down a bit during our stay, so we had to walk out a considerable distance from shore even for our toddlers to swim. Overall, the property is very nice.

This small beachfront house is ideal for getting away from the hustle and bustle of life. From the fully furnished kitchen to the back deck looking out to the beach and wonderful view of Saginaw Bay, this house was charming and had ample room for our family of six. The hosts have provided plenty of games to entertain yourself on those days or nights you need to stay inside. There is a beach firepit and there is even firewood for purchace onsite. We will be looking to book this little gem down the road when we just need a getaway again.

Wonderful and great for a small family! We had a really good time next to the beach and having Bay City close by for any needs. Would definitely come back!

Loved it! Great for a girls' weekend. The cute house was nicely decorated and spotless. It had every amenity that we needed and space for the three of us to have our own sleeping area with the two bedrooms and a pull out couch. Back deck had furniture on which to sit and have our morning coffee and an area of grass before the private beach area with a fire pit. Plastic Adironack chairs were easy to carry to there for the bonfire (firewood available for purchase right on the property) and into the water to sit while sunning ourselves. Plenty of board/card games were available for a fun time in the evening after the sun went down, as well as the hot tub with plenty of beach towels. Neighbors were nice and really helpful. It's not too far a drive to downtown Bay City, although you might want to avoid the bridge that says it has a toll (still waiting to see if we get that bill in the mail). Lots of cute bars and restaurants there. We only stayed two nights, as that is all that was available, but really wished we could have stayed longer. Would definitely come back!

Cute house. Had everything we needed. Great beach for the kids to play in the sand. We were surprised by the poor water quality in the bay but we were able to find a great place to get in the water about an hour away. Friendly neighbors.

The house was as expected and Scott and Jill stayed in communication with us during the visit as needed. The hot tub was very relaxing.

We took a short trip up looking for sand and sun. This was a perfect location for us to get that. House fit our needs for our short stay. The view was great!

This is our second time staying here. It’s wonderful. Great beach. Great yard. Wonderful hot tub. The place is fully stocked. You only need to bring clothes. Owners have thought of everything.

Such a quiet, clean and quaint property! Our girls weekend could have only been better by nicer weather, but this rental provided the perfect space to “stay inside and rest.” Highly recommend and hope to go back!

Overall a great experience. Owners were quick to respond to messages. Nice little cottage right on the lake. Equipped with everything you need. Extra attention included for families with board games, puzzles, interactive games for kids. Very nice place!

Very nice set up in the house. Great view! Just a FYI for the owners, your vents really need a vacuum badly, otherwise the cleanliness was really good. Enjoyed our time there. Would stay again.

There were four of us who haven’t seen each other in person in almost 20 years! We had such a lovely time in this quaint little place. It was probably the most well stocked of any place I have rented! There were so many beach towels, flip flops, SU glasses etc we hardly needed anything but food!

What a beautiful place, so relaxing. The beach had lovely shells and we enjoyed seeing the freighters come in. The water was warm and we could walk way out in the shallows. The cottage was ideal!

We had so much fun at this home. We had never been to Bay City before and didn’t know what to expect, but we didn’t pay much attention to the city because we had everything we needed at the house and it was so comfortable to relax there and enjoy family time.

We had a wonderful get a way with our family this cottage. The cottage was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need and we felt right at home. The kids enjoyed the large assortment of toys and games that was provided and loved searching for shells on the beach. The hot tub was an added bonus that we thoroughly enjoyed in the evenings. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had. Although the neighbors are quite close, they are friendly and it is a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Highly recommend this place!

This rental was clean, cute, and comfortable. We enjoyed every moment. The neighbors were kind and considerate. The beach was breathtaking! We floated in the waves and soaked in the super nice hot tub. The owners were quick to respond to any questions and blessed the home with many thoughtful touches.
