Cute Downtown Home!!

Amy is a wonderful hostess, excellent with communication, the neighbourhood is so wonderful, the neighbours were amazing, and I can't say enough about how right at home we felt in this spotless and well appointed home. We can't wait to stay again!

We chose this property as our first Christmas vacation away from home and it was perfect! The house had wonderful lighting, easy to find as well as get to other attractions in the town. The host was very punctual with all communication and questions that came up that I had about the property. Everyone in our family ages 8-50 agreed that we enjoyed this property and we all gave it a 10!

The location is perfect with only around a 0.5 mile walk down to the lake, downtown Coeur d'alene and Tubbs Hill. While it was just me and the wife this property can sleep far more. I would recommend renting this if you want to enjoy CDA.

This home exceeded our expectations. I don't think I can ever stay in a hotel again. There were many extras such as Keurig coffee pods, laundry soap etc that I did not expect. The location was perfect. Amy even ordered up snow for this Texas girl which surprised and captivated us. I loved looking out the living room window to the fall beauty of the area. Thank you for letting me stay in your lovely home and for your hospitality.

Nice house, lots of space, a great patio and a 10 minute walk to the lake and downtown.

Great location.

this is a great location. walking distance to the lake and the center of downtown. I could consume alcohol and walk back. Everything was very clean. We even took an hour to use the bikes for our own little tour. Perfect for what we wanted.

This was such a great place to stay and the location was perfect.

Very easy access, with all the amenities you could possibly need. Love the master bedroom with the electric fireplace! Very comfortable and clean and the location is optimal! Would definitely stay here again.

The owner was very attentive when I had some questions, after we checked in. Amazing location. Very clean. Well stocked. Cute remodeled home. Board games, etc included.

Great location. Only ten-minute walk to CDA Resort/Lake. House was very clean and accommodated five guests well. We were not at the house much, but loved the location. Neighborhood is nice. One suggestion would be to have beach towels available. We wanted to go down to the beach, but all of us forgot to bring beach towels and didn't want to take the white towels provided for showers. We had a small snafu with no toilet paper in the main bathroom downstairs and only three bath towels provided, but the owner responded quickly letting us know where to find backup supplies. My only suggestion would be to have enough tp and bath towels to accommodate the number of guests that will be staying at the property. We definitely would stay here again, and will probably be back the same time next year for the same purpose. The girls loved the M&Ms the most, the quickest way to our hearts! :) Thank you for sharing your house with us.

Clean house, excellent location to downtown and wonderful beds and rooms.

This is a great home withing walking distance to great restaurants, coffee shops, and the waterfront. Hosts were great.
