Cute, dog friendly home minutes walk to Rockaway beach and shops

The house was spotless Lee clean and had every amenity we needed. We had a small problem with the television and the owner was over there fixing it within 10 minutes. Also loved the deck and the private fenced backyard for the dog. Great property, I would absolutely stay there again.

This property was fantastic! It was an oasis to retreat to after a lovely day at the beach! Very relaxing with a feeling of seclusion, while being in town. We look forward to returning for a longer visit!

This is my second time here so I knew what to expect. On both occasions, I enjoyed a personal quilting retreat because of the ping pong table in the garage. I hope to make this an annual event. With Jane’s Fabric Patch in Tillamook as an added bonus it was everything I enjoyed.

Wonderful little beach place. Close to town and the ocean

We had a really nice time at this home. It was in a great location and walkable to restaurants and such. It is an older home and needs a little bit of work, but sitting on the deck with a cup of coffee early in the morning really makes up for anything you may feel the home is lacking. The weather was perfect! It does appear that some things are being done to the house to make it more inviting. The ping pong table was a big hit, and my son and I had so much fun trying to beat each other. You will love it. The garage door has some rusting and open areas at the bottom and at first glance may be off putting to some, but it didn’t really bother us. The owners are more than willing to listen to the renter and truly want to make this the best home ever. They were very quick to respond to anything. Please consider booking here. Your stay will be peaceful and worth it!

We had a blast. This is the perfect little house in a great location. We really loved the ping pong table!

The location was right in the heart of Rockaway which was amazing for the 4th of July. We were able to watch the fireworks from the driveway. Perfect location for the festivities. House could use a deep clean for spider webs etc but overall was a great last minute stay.

Enjoyable stay.

Pleasant, well-equipped house 5 blocks from the beach made for a comfortable and convenient week-long stay. We enjoyed coffee on the back deck, fires in the wood stove, and the easy walk to the beach. Plantings around the house make it feel very private and secluded. Second bedroom is a chilly walk through the unheated garage/rec room in October, but the bedroom itself is cozy and well-heated. Upper bunk in that bedroom is likely better suited to a child than an adult. Recommend the Beach Bakery and the Old Oregon Smokehouse for food in town, and there is a big-ish supermarket 4 miles up 101 in Manzanita. The house location is wonderful for exploring the northern Orgeon coast, and Rockaway Beach and the house are also lovely for just relaxing and enjoying.

Had a great time in Rockaway, didn't spend too much time at the home but the time we did was great! Thanks so much for allowing us to stay for a few days!

The property was very nicely laid out and updated. I will stay here again.
