Stayed Oct 3, 2025The house was in the perfect location for our visit to Texas. We purchased the city pass for Dallas and did all the activities included in it and none were more than 25 or 30 minutes away from the house. We also did Six Flags over Texas, which was only 20 or 30 minutes away from the house. It was also located close to groceries and restaurants. The owners were very communicative and quick to respond to any of our needs or questions. The house itself was adequate for our needs. However, there were six of us and only seven bath towels. We had to wash and dry towels several times which is not a big deal to us, but other people may find it inconvenient. There were only 2 wash cloths and one hand towel. We ate out most of our meals, but the little bit we did use the kitchen it seemed to have a very limited supply of plates and cups. There were only four dinner size plates in the home. Overall, the location was the highlight of our stay.

Lacked in certain accomodations (fridge light and filter were out, an alarm was beeping because of low battery, less than one roll of paper towels were provided for a 3 night stay, beds weren't comfortable, and no Netflix as advertised). Otherwise, great location and value for the price.
