Great location and areas to hang out around the house between living room, deck and backyard area.

For the value, you get a lot of really good amenities such as a decently private hot tub, a pizza oven, BBQ and gas grills, a shower with two heads sufficient enough for two people, a well equipped kitchen, and beautiful gardens. The house is tight and efficient, and has enough space in every room that needs them.One little note: if you’re from an area where you’re used to central A/C, this house has heating only. However, they do have window A/C units in the closets. Be careful installing them, you don’t want to break them by having them fall out.Absolutely communicate with the owner. They’re fast and responsive and helpful. I unfortunately did not and missed a few rules. But they were nice and respectful.

We really liked the house and thought it was super cute. We throughly enjoyed the hot tub and fire pitt and overall had a good experience at this location.Few things for future renters to consider is that it is kind of loud in this area. There is a steady stream of planes coming and going throughout the day and night. They fly right over the house which caused quite a bit of noise. There is also train tracks below so you often hear trains go by as well. I slept with ear plugs at night so i didnt hear anything but without them I think i would have been woken up often. The neighborhood for the most part was super quiet but one of the nights the nieghbors next door were fighting outside which woke my brother up several times. The streets in this neighborhood are very narrow and cars park on both sides making it so one car can drive down the street at a time. There were several times we had to pull over for another car to pass while driving in the neighborhood. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks so much!

Very comfotrable. House had everything we needed. I would suggest a fan for the front bedroom. Ac in the other. Backyard is super cute. Needs a little tlc Bathroom is very small and may be an issue for a larger person. Overall would stay again. Great Seattle spot. QUIET neighborhood.

The property was very nice with a great view from the deck. The neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet. Trying to think of a problem but it was all great.

We stayed here for a few days while in town for work. The place was exactly as described. It was clean and well taken care of. Neighbors were nice and understanding with parking as it is street parking first come first serve, but there were always enough spaces for us to find a couple close by. Would definitely stay here again.

Cute house with everything you would need and with awesome views of the space needle and the mountains. Prime location to all the things you would want to do. Enough space for 4 adults. Will stay here again!

We went for the weekend to the Blue Jays games and this house is a quick uber ride to the park and all the downtown sights. This place is a cozy quiet retreat. Everything was clean, hot tub was perfect. Check in and out were a breeze. Will stay again. Thanks for the memories.

This property is everything list plus more. The house is a older home that has been remodeled and updated while still having some of the older charm and touches. The view isgreat as you watch the sunset over the mountains and the Seattle skyline. Highly recommend a stay.

Excellent property in the heart of Beacon Hill! Everything was just as described and photographed. As we have family in Beacon Hill we will be returning.

We really enjoyed our stay at Dre's house! It was super comfy and had everything we needed. Dre is a great host and we plan on staying again for future visits!!

The house was well laid out and comfortable. Parking isn't great for larger trucks though. The back deck could use a set of stairs to access the backyard. Kinda a pain to use the hot tub and have to walk all the way back to the front of the house to get in.

Great visit

Was just here a week for work. I stay at VRBO's and other rental places all over the country. This was a nice place in a nice area, although I would not rate it a 10 out of 10. I know others have stayed here and rated it a 10. Some Misc. things that come to mind. Bathroom is way too small. I am 6ft 1in and only 180 lbs, and I could barely move around in the bathroom. Laundry requires you to walk out the front door, go around the house and down a slick concrete walk to get to the laundry room. This can be an issue when hauling laundry back and forth. I could not keep my curiosity in check, and I lifted the throw rug in the bedrooms that are pinned under the edge of the bed to see why there are throw rugs on carpet. Hiding stained carpet was the answer. I found a ring speaker plugged into the living room outlet, and the ring camera was always monitoring our movements. We had no access to the ring camera and ring speaker, so I can only assume it was for monitoring to see if we broke any rules. I found it quite an intrusive feeling, and so we unplugged the ring speaker from the wall, but did not touch the ring camera. 3 to 4 days before we left, the ring camera quit lighting up every time we went in or out of the house, but started back up on the last night. Last, I rcvd an email from the host literally within 10 minutes of vacating the property, even though check out was not for 2 more hours. That made me feel like my wife and I were constantly under surveillance while staying.

The home is very well maintained and the host is super communicative. Beds were lovely and the bedding was so luxurious. I loved the rainhead shower. Kitchen is nice with a great oven. Yes, you do need to walk around the front path to the hot tub. Its out by a lovely patio. Patio has great chairs, fire out and robe hooks. Street parking is easy. Good location. We would totally stay here again.

We recently stayed at a charming VRBO in Seattle and had a fantastic experience. The place was cozy, well-maintained, and perfectly located for exploring the city. The host was incredibly accommodating and provided all the necessary amenities to make my stay comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, yet close to many attractions and great restaurants. I would definitely recommend this VRBO to anyone looking for a pleasant and convenient stay in Seattle!
