The best part about this place is the location. It’s extremely close to Arcadia bluffs and only about 15 minutes from Frankfort where there is a ton of activities. Bottom line is that this place gets the job done and provides you with everything you need. The bed is pretty comfy compared to other rentals I’ve stayed in. A few things to know: 1. The place was extremely clean with the exception of quite a few lady bugs. But there were a ton of lady bugs in Arcadia generally so I see this as part of being up north. 2. I believe it has untreated well-water, or at least it smelled untreated. Not a deterrent from staying there but you should bring your own drinking water and water to cook with / make coffee with. A couple notes for Vacasa: 1. Vacasa didn’t have the correct wifi information on the listing but I was able to find the router, which had the password on it. I’d imagine this is updated by the time anyone else stays there. 2. There was no warm comforters on either of the beds. The bed only had a sheet and extremely thin second blanket on it. Since we didn’t use the second bed we pulled the think blanket off that and a think blanket from the couch and we made it work for the weekend. I’d recommend getting comforters or warmer blankets on the beds.
