This was a lovely place to stay for a few days. It is a small, self-contained house with everything you could possibly need. It was beautifully designed with comfortable furniture and beds. All the amenities were top notch and the owners were very communicative.

The Q has a great location -- near restaurants and the historic downtown of Anacortes. The driveway provides convenient parking off the street. We had a wonderful stay at the Q. The interior was beautifully appointed, light and bright, and spotless. The beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. I would happily stay there again. Highly recommended.

This cottage is everything it claims. Great location, the decor is lovely, very comfortable and clean. Host were amazing, very responsive. My only comment that people might want to know is that the beds are high. I am not very tall and getting in the master bedroom bed was a challenge. But other than that, very happy with our stay.

Convient location and easy to walk to many local spots and restaurants in town. The beds were amazingly comfortable. House was clean and had everything you would need for your stay. Host communicated promptly and accomadated an early and late check out which was appreciated!

Our stay was amazing. Jeff and Mechelle were incredibly thoughtful, and their communication was excellent. The vacation cottage, *The Q* in Anacortes, was cozy, very clean, and exceptionally well stocked. They even left a bottle of wine with a thank-you card — such a special and thoughtful touch.We came to visit our daughter, who is in the military, and this place truly hit all the marks. If you're thinking of renting a place in Anacortes, *The Q* is absolutely perfect. I will definitely come back and stay again when I visit my daughter next fall.Thank you, Jeff and Mechelle, for a wonderful stay. I look forward to returning in the future!

This rental was perfect for us and I would recommend it to almost anyone! Anacortes is easy to navigate and this house was just a couple of miles from many interesting food and exploration options - some even within walking distance. The house itself was clean and well-appointed. It is obvious the owners put some thought into a renter's comfort and convenience. We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Anacortes and this rental definitely contributed to our positive experience!

Perfect stay! The house was immaculately clean. We've stayed in plenty of rentals and this was absolutely spotless. The hosts were kind and very communicative and accommodating. The kitchen was well-stocked and the house had everything we needed. The location was perfect for enjoying the area - an easy drive to all attractions. We were traveling with small kids, and there is a great park within walking distance, as well. We could not more highly recommend the Q!

This cottage was perfect. I am super picky about cleanliness and this place was very clean, which is important to me with rental. The decor and vibe of the house is very nice and reminded me of home which made it very easy to feel comfortable and relax. We used the house while we explored San Juan island and western side of North Cascades NP. It was a bit of a drive but defiantly worth it because it there isn't many options between Anacortes and North Cascades. The only issue we had was the king bed was way to soft, there was a mattress topper on and it made you just sink into the bed and made it hard to move. We ended up taking the topper off and it was fine. Overall great place to stay, highly recommend. I would stay here again.

This charming house in a residential area of Anacortes is located one block away from the water. Everything about this house was perfect. Excellent communication with the owners, the ease of the lock system, and the very updated interior and exterior. The bathroom shower was extra large, and the cleanliness of the whole house was impressive. The beds and bedding were really comfortable. I would highly recommend staying at this house.

We had an amazing time with beautiful weather. The house was so cute. Jeff and Mechelle thought of everything. The drive up from Portland had blue skies all the way. Whidbey Island reminder me of east coast vibes. We did way too much shopping. We’ll be back!!

The Q was just what I had hoped for. We were in Anacortes for a long weekend of family gatherings and wedding. I wanted somewhere that gave my husband and I easy access to the venue but also a place we could go to relax, rest and prepare some of our own meals. The Q was perfect. It was so clean, quiet, comfortable. We really appreciated having the kitchen stocked with some basic needs including coffee on our arrival.

Exceptional in every way. Comfortable beds, clean, like new kitchen plates, glasses, silverware, pots and pans, and small appliances. This host thought of everything to help us feel welcome. We did not have to purchase extra t.paper, p. towels, soap, etc. Great location to tulip festival farms, cascade mountains, and san juan islands.

This little cottage was a perfect, central home base to explore the area's islands and communities: Whidbey Island, the San Juans, La Conner, and Anacortes itself. It was great to come home every evening to a clean, cozy, and comfortable house in a quiet neighborhood. And the hosts were great too, very easy to communicate with. We can't wait to return!

We were in town to have some work done on our boat, and The Q was the perfect haven at the end of each day. Convenient location, well-outfitted kitchen, comfy furniture, and great communication. Thanks so much, Mechelle and Jeff!

We loved our stay at the Q house in Anacortes. The cottage was neat, clean, quiet and very comfortable, especially the king bed! It was easy to get to shopping, restaurants, parks and the ferry on the island by car. The ferry to San Juan island's Friday Harbour was a highlight. We could walk to the Tommy Thompson trail and Bob's chowder bar for lunch and some nearby antique and thrift shops. Parking in the driveway was a bonus! Would recommend this highly to anyone who plans to visit the lovely Fidalgo island area.

The accommodations where just as advertised and was perfect for our first crabbing adventure and we caught lots of crab. Home was very clean and equipped with everything you would need. We will definitely come back and recommend to others. Thank you so much 😊

Cute little place to wind down at the end of your travels at the end of each day. You get to relax in your own little space, unlike a one room hotel room. We loved staying here. So close to everything. Well for the most part :) Husband likes to drive all over to explore. Bonus!! Even had a fan in the bedroom. I didn't have to go buy one.

We really enjoyed our stay in Anacortes - a very comfortable property with easy access to everywhere we wanted to visit. The house was beautiful and our hosts really ran it well. Great communication. Premium linens. Comfortable furniture (particularly the primary bed). We especially loved the walk-in shower. Everythin was first rate.

My mom and I stayed here for 5 nights and thought it was a perfect house. It is very clean and well equipped. The beds were very comfy. We especially enjoyed having a washer and dryer. Highly recommend to anyone staying in Anacortes.

This cottage was perfect for our family. The cottage was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We enjoyed great hikes, beautiful sunsets, Anacortes Farmers Market and an Orca Whale tour all accessible within 15 min of the cottage. Jeff and Mechelle were the perfect host and the communication was easy. We loved our stay and I would highly recommend this to anyone who is visiting Anacortes.

The cottage was perfect! It was clean, well kept, and an easy location to visit so many places. Jeff and Mechelle were very communicative and shared all relevant information before asking. We were able to cook some meals in—bought incredibly fresh fish from black rock seafood. The Store was very close to get basics and yummy muffins and sandwiches. We rented bikes from Skagit Cycle Shop and rode around Guemes Island then had a delicious meal at the General Store. We rode our bikes across Fidalgo Bay. We visited Deception Pass State Park. We went to San Juan Island and Orcas Island. And each day we came home to the very comfortable cottage! We had a wonderful week in Anacortes!
