I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had a wonderful winter in the Cozy Cottage. It was my second winter and I have it booked for next winter God willing. You couldn’t ask for a better location and I can bring my pup. She and I love the walking path on Lagoon Drive one street over. Bender Realty is a great company to rent from and always there if you need something.

Stayed Jul 23, 2025The kitchen could use some improvements. It would be nice to have another TV in the bedroom. The location was great. Easy access to the beach. Large back yard for the dogs. It would have been great if it were enclosed so the dogs could be off leash. The beds were comfortable and the place was clean. Could use some upgrades however we would stay there again.

Stayed May 19, 2025Perfect house for two people and pet friendly. Very short walk to beach where you can rent umbrella and chairs. Everything in house worked perfectly and was exceptionally clean.
