Stayed Dec 18, 2022The apartment itself was very clean, spacious and stayed warm even through the cold snap we experienced at the beginning of our stay. However the building itself is right next to a freight train track which ran very late. I was woken up regularly at 2 AM by the horn, and once at 4 AM. If you're a heavy sleeper this might not matter, but light sleepers and parents with small children should be advised. Property manager was very responsive to our communications. Rental has slight wear and tear not present in the pictures, but nothing alarming. Get the sense this used to be college housing before it was converted. Main bed was listed as Queen, but is actually a double bed. Overall enjoyable stay, even with the trains going by.
