cute comfy home w/relaxing lit gazebo minutes from downtown & airport

The property was great, exactly as pictured and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and the backyard was very enjoyable! We would love to return.

The home was very clean, organized, and overall presentable, we had a great time here!

This is our second time staying at this property and we’re very happy. In fact, we’ve already booked again for the same time next year. For our needs, it is a perfect location. It’s close to the bike path and a short driving distance to any and everything you may need. That said, it’s not a neighborhood that I would go out walking by myself, but we’ve never had any issues. The house is old so there are, naturally, a few things that are outdated or old in appearance. But everything was in working order and appeared clean. The host was kind, informative, and quick to respond.

It was a pleasant stay but the only thing I didn’t like is

Our family stayed here for a mini getaway and we really enjoyed it! Great location, comfortable beds, clean, big backyard. What more could we ask? We would definitely suggest staying here and would come back again. Thank you!

The neighborhood was sketchy. Definitely not where you would want to vacation. The house itself was pretty clean just not well maintained. Rust on the freezer part of the fridge and the garbage can in the main bathroom, inside the dishwasher was disgusting, patches on the wall in the entry, the toilet paper holder was not well connected and fell off if not careful. Also no soap in the shower. Overall really not at all relaxing place. I would not come back to this place at all.

Our family had a great stay. We had a week long conference at the Sacramento Convention Center. The house was the perfect size for us and close by the center. Highly recommend!

The property had absolutely everything we needed for our two night stay. I rarely had to contact the owner with questions because everything was already so accommodating. I’d definitely stay here again in the near future! 10/10.

My Husband, myself and our 3 daughters had a fantasy time especially when we surprised our extended family in Northgate area. It was a wonderful experience, i highly recommended this spot for future stays i know i will!!!

The cutest little house! They put up holiday decor to make the stay away from home still feel festive! Communication was great. The kids had a wonderful time!
