Cute, comfy and pet friendly cottage close to everything!

This is our second stay with this host at this property. Everything was perfect just as I expected. You will be at back next time we visit our family in Jacksonville.

Very clean, well cared for property in a really nice neighborhood. Easy access to all major highways and everything Jacksonville has to offer. We have already booked a second stay!

Overall impression of this property was beyond sensational upon driving up to it walking into the home seeing the clean windows smelling the cleanest of the house as well as her providing utensils towels a TV that actually worked and as well of washing and dryer that came in handy for us we will be using her as long as she has his home available when I am traveling best experience ever

This was an amazing and beautifully decorated cottage. This was a weekend getaway and we really enjoyed it. The host Ange was very pleasant and communication was great. She even left decorations with cupcakes for my son's birthday. Staying here was like crashing at a dear friend's house. We will definitely be returning here for future visits

Despite initial concerns about the lack of reviews, the owner's open and consistent communication put us at ease. Nestled in an older yet peaceful neighborhood, the home provided a serene environment for our family to unwind. The owner's attentiveness ensured a smooth and memorable experience. It's clear that they take great pride in their property and go above and beyond to ensure their guests have a memorable experience! The central location allowed for easy exploration of Jax's attractions, including family-friendly activities within a 20-min drive...From the breathtaking 250-year-old Treaty Oak to parks to museums to the beach/pier, and charming local eateries, we found plenty to keep us entertained (who knew?)! We were so comfortable that we considered extending our stay! Overall, our 2 nights here (which were just to break up a long drive) were surprisingly wonderful. From the impeccable decor to the attentive owner to the charming neighborhood, every aspect of our stay was simply delightful. We would happily return, without hesitation, to this hidden gem in Jax.
