- Lots of natural light inside due to the large window walls.
- 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, plus loft area. The main level bedroom has 2 bedrooms - the first bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has a double and a twin bed. Upstairs consists of a loft with a trundle bed and sofa bed for additional sleeping and a master bedroom with a queen bed.

Pets are not allowed.
Other things to note
Homeowners will be responsible for driveway snow removal. We hire out a local snow removal company for the driveway. The homeowner will not be responsible for shoveling the front entrance during the stay.
