Stayed Apr 11, 2026Can’t say enough good things about this rental. We have been renting houses in the gulf for years and this was one of the best! It was one of the most equipped houses we have ever stayed in. The kitchen had everything you would need, even including spices left by previous renters. There were also toys and water table that was perfect for our baby at the beach! There was an ice machine which is always a huge plus at the beach. The new trex patio deck was perfect for our little one to be able to run around on and not have to worry about nails or splinters. We have never stayed so close to the beach but it was such a game changer, being just 10 steps from the beach was amazing. The inside of the house is very clean and well cared for. We couldn’t use the pool this time just because it was a little chilly this time of year but in the summer months would be perfect and great that it’s shaded for when kids need a break from the sun. The owners were responsive and easy to communicate with. We will absolutely be back!

Stayed Oct 18, 2025The beach house was clean and easy to use . The king-size beds were very comfortable. All the instructions from the host were very clear and helpful. The only issues that we had were that we wished the back porch was covered, and the screws are coming out of the back steps, so we had to be very careful walking up and down the stairs. The beach was absolutely beautiful!

Stayed Sep 7, 2025The house is in the perfect spot for the beach. The deck needs to be replaced, the boards were very loose. For the most part the house was clean but the front door hasn't been cleaned in awhile. The ice maker didn't work so we had to buy ice. All in all the house was good for us just not kept up very well.

Stayed Jul 11, 2025We really enjoyed out stay, 6 adults and 3 kids. Everything was clean and house layout was great. Perfect access to beach and the kids LOVED the small pool. Only complaint was that some of the wood on front and back patio really needs replaced.

Stayed Jun 21, 2025The location couldn’t be better! You step off the deck and you are on the beach. The inside of the house was perfect for our family. Everyone has their own space. The front porch and back deck need a little work, but I believe the hosts are aware. We would definitely book again.

Stayed May 23, 2025Spent a glorious week with children and grandchildren. Kitchen was well equipped. Beds were amazingly comfortable. Storage had floats, toys, etc. Cabinet full of games, puzzles, books, and DVD’s. Very responsive owner. Added to our favorites! Pool was perfect size for small children. Great seating area by pool where we relaxed while supervising kid.
