Cute Beach House w/ Heated Pool Sleeps 10 walk to beach

I appreciate that when I asked a question, there was a response… however, before you rent the property, I highly suggest you finish your renovations so that there aren’t tripping hazards, rotting wood and unsightly repairs needed. The front porch was halfway and poorly completed. Master bath had water damage to the floors due to the shower leaking. There was a hole in the master bedroom door leading to the deck due to rotting wood, rust and water damage. There were multiple spots on the ceiling from leaks and mold in vents. In the kitchen, there was a used pitcher where there was either lemonade or margaritas at one time, still sticky and not washed. There was no cleaning supplies available for small cleaning needs and the home was barely stocked. For the amount of money spent on cleaning fees, booking fees, and management fees, one would think that the home would be in MUCH better condition. This home is definitely a flip it fast home. The neighbor across the street has a motion activated camera that we saw at night pointed at the house. It was pretty eerie. We saw the red light go on and off as we walked around the deck. My final thoughts are this… take better care of hazards, check on your property after a major hurricane, don’t send your pool guy over early in the morning without notifying your guest first, make repairs before posting again… and talk with your neighbors about their camera. Great concept, cute house from face value… lots of issue from within.

Ocean was not visible from the property, but just a short drive away. Kitchen was small, but had everything we needed. Host was friendly and responded in a timely manner.

Everything was super nice!! Just wish the weather had been better! The grandkids did get to enjoy the pool for the 1st day-would definitely like to come back in the summer!!

Great house and location for our family vactaion.

Check in was the best check in experience I’ve had so far. Alex from Lighthouse contacted us well in advance with very clear and easy to follow instructions.Kitchen was a little tight, but well laid out and stocked with all necessary appliances, dishes and cooking pans. We did cook several meals and were satisfied with the kitchen.

The house is darling, great neighborhood. Loved the backyard pool. The kitchen is small if you’re planning to cook for a big group/do a lot of cooking, but we made it work :) thought the bedrooms were great and spacious. Had a great time!

We had such a great time. Grand babies loved the pool. House was equipped with everything we needed. Shopping was close to house within walking distance. Family also enjoyed the beach a little cooler than we liked but it was

Had a relaxing week with family and our corgis. Great house with lots of charm for our crew. Loved the pool! Wish the kitchen had more space because I love to cook; but was okay with eating at all the great restaurants on the island!

There was a hurricane in our area, I was never told they didn’t have power, internet or cable. We drove to the home only to find they had moved us to another house, communicating with them was very difficult! The power went off again so we left and rented a room at a hotel. They absolutely lied to us about the problems they were having and now they don’t want to reimburse me.

3rd year in a row we have stayed at this house. The perfect location to walk to the food and the beach. Love the pool in the back.

First time on the island and the house was great. Easy walk to the beach and town. Neighborhood was great for walking the dog. House had everything we needed and the pool was wonderful

I have no issues with my stay. It was clean comfortable and in a great location! I do remember there was no hot water in the on-suite bathroom, but we all just used the other bathroom. Thanks!

Been twice. Going again in September. Walked to beach and to favorite eating place.

We enjoyed a great week with my son & daughter in law. The location was perfect since we brought our golf cart & could easily get anywhere we desired on the island. The pool was perfect for cooling off and relaxing post beach & pre dinner each night. Would stay here again.

We loved the location and pool. Quiet area in a cute neighborhood. Plenty of beach chairs for the short walk or drive to the beach. House was nice and cozy, had the best week!
