Stayed Aug 22, 2025We chose this house because it was close to the beach and allowed our four dogs. The bedrooms were comfortable. The house was clean except for small dead bugs on all of the window seals and dead bugs behind the couch on the floor. We vacuumed up the dead bugs on the window seal in the living room. I would have given this house a five stars if it wasn't for the dead bugs left in the house. I realize this is Florida and there are lots of bugs but a quick vacuum would have taken care of this. We did enjoy our stay very much and would return to this property.

Stayed Jul 2, 2025It was a very nice place. Close to beach. Able to walk to restaurant. Not to far from historical Saint Augustine. When we come back would rent this place again

Stayed Apr 10, 2025This was a very nice and simple place to stay at SAB. Very clean in comparison to others we have rented. Great patio, located near pier and several good restaurants. Nice, early established neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Stayed Jan 1, 2025The home was in a great location with easy access to the beach, state park, and restaurants. It is a nice quiet neighborhood. The space was clean and had a lot of great amenities like a washer and dryer. We will definitely be back!

Stayed Oct 7, 2024Driveway was flooded on arrival with minimal rain. Dead bugs found on floor during entry. Instructions to load the dishwasher before you leave and there is not even a dishwasher in this unit. Very small. We had to leave for MANDATORY EVACUATION for Hurricane Milton and host will not refund or offer an alternate date for 4 unused nights.

Stayed Jul 24, 2024Loved the property! Everything was clean on arrival and entry instructions were easily understood. The location was wonderful and walking distance to many restaurants! The only complaints I have were the beach access being closed that was closest to the house and no TVs in the bedrooms. Both things weren’t big deals though. Will deff be back for another trip to St. Augustine!
