Cute and Cozy farm house on 1 acre. Serene views. A Gem!

Absolutly beautiful location. Away from the chaos but close to all the beutiful places to explore in Petoskey. Very clean and the owner was super easy to communicate with. My 1 year old locked us out of the bathroom (he locked it and closed it) was not trapped in there and he was there in 15 minutes to let us back in, no questions asked. Would deffinitly stay there again.

Everything was perfect. Property is a little bit out on the Land. You definitely have to drive to reach a restaurant or a supermarket.

We loved and enjoyed our stay in this property. Very cute, modern interior and just the perfect amount of space we needed. Close to everything we wanted to visit. If we plan to visit Petoskey again, we’d have to maybe plan it around the time this rental is available.

Great location with only short drive to town or multiple ski resorts. Quiet area, away from all the noise. Host very good at communicating both before and during stay.

Very nice little house for the price. We got snowed in on Veterans Day weekend, again. Easy to find but those hills in the area, especially with all that snow on a weekend. Close but not too close to downtown Petoskey.

The backyard views were incredible and peaceful! The downstairs bedroom was cozy and everything was clean. The place is nice and secluded. Just a couple things (nothing that ruined our stay) —water from fridge not working—listed streaming services for the TV was not accessible because the accounts were logged out and needed a password—the property is next to 2 trailers. It could use some trees or fencing tall enough to seclude from those two surrounding properties to improve view/aestheticsThank you so much for allowing us a wonderful stay!!

It a comfortable place with a large yard and rural setting. Modern amenities were sufficient. Close to Petoskey. Very pleased with our visit.

This property was exactly what we needed for our softball tournament. Close to town, but country setting, clean, open living and a beautiful yard with fire pit. We enjoyed all of it. Looking forward to coming back again! The owner was very responsive and the house had everything we needed.

The backyard features a stunning alfalfa field that creates a peaceful, scenic backdrop. The quiet road in front of the house is perfect for leisurely walks or dog walking if you're traveling with pets.The house itself is well-constructed and thoughtfully laid out, making for a comfortable stay. Everything we needed was provided, though I'd suggest bringing your own spices and seasonings if you plan to do extensive cooking during your visit.Our host was extremely responsive throughout our stay, which we truly appreciated. We would definitely love to return when we're in the area again. This property comes highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with beautiful surroundings.

Water pressure was very weak and shower was so small you can barely wash up.We still enjoyed our stay that’s the only thing we had a hard time with.Would I stay again,yes I would the location and house was awesome

We loved this cute little farmhouse! It’s so close to Petoskey and so many lakes in the area, but yet you can get out of the hubbub and relax at the beginning and end of the day. The house was exactly as listed- comfortable beds, and has a cute, homey feel. We will definitely be back!

Had an absolutely beautiful week. A great place to come home to at the end of the day. The hosts were excellent communicators and we found everything to be in wonderful condition. Would absolutely stay here again.

Cute home with lots of character and a lovely view!

Such a quaint, wonderful home on an absolutely beautiful plot of land. Nothing was more than a 10-15 minute drive away. The whole family had a great time here. Our kids had a great big yard to play in while my husband & I relaxed with our books and enjoyed the view of the setting sun. We all agreed we would love to stay there again. Only suggestion would be to add dimmer switches to the kitchen and main room lights.

It was a very quaint and scenic property. Turkeys in the morning strutting around. Close to town and perfect for visitors.

It’s an absolutely charming home! It’s small, but perfect for 2-4 people. Everything is so thoughtfully laid out and beautifully considered! Every time we pulled into the driveway it felt like coming home. The check in was easy and simple, as were all the check out procedures. Well maintained and spotless inside and out.

Traveled up north for a spring break ski trip with my daughter. The house was in good proximity to all of the resorts. Very clean, as mentioned very quaint, and was a perfect fit for our stay. Great communication from very friendly owners!

My adult son and I planned a spring ski trip at the last minute. We were happy with this cute, nicely renovated cottage just off 131. We made dinner and breakfasts “at home” and found the kitchen to be well stocked. The place was clean and the owner was very responsive.

Awesome hiding spot for my wife and I for a few days. Close enough to anything you may need but isolated enough to enjoy peace and quiet. Would stay again!

It’s a cute little place but was lacking having a washer and dryer. It’s always nice to come off the slopes and be able to dry your clothes. We appreciated you keeping the driveway clean and salted.

Our plan was to ski both Boyne Mountain and the Highlands which worked out great. Just a short drive to both locations. While there we also took advantage of the large property for some snowshoeing. We very much enjoyed our stay.

We came for the snow and peaceful views. Snowboarding could have been better, but everything else was great.

We had a wonderful stay! The beds were comfy, and the house was cozy. The location was super convenient, a quiet little place in the country but close enough to town to go out to eat and find entertainment. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to go somewhere for a little rest and relaxation.

Nice cozy home that served as an excellent starting spot to visit Petoskey and Charlevoix areas. Hit many of the local wineries & breweries, all within a short drive. The hosts were excellent and communicative. Highly recommend.

What a lovely location. It was perfect for our needs. I would give a 5 star review except that the water pressure was so low that showers were close to non existent. If the water hadn’t been as hot as it was showers would have been all but impossible. It definitely needs to be addressed to make this a 5 star stay.

We loved the farm house! It was exactly the kind of place we needed for a home base for our Up North Michigan trip. The owner was great and very kind with a scheduling error on our part. We would highly recommend the house to anyone looking for a quiet comfortable place to stay.

We were able to book this lovely home despite having last minute plans to Petoskey. Home and property were exactly as pictured. Perfect location as we wanted a quieter place to stay, yet was very close to beaches and downtown. Home was clean and comfortable!

In the midst of farms. It’s great for a small family. Lots of space to run around outdoors. Just right space indoors. Well equipped kitchen. The bathroom is a little tight.

This place is even cuter in person! We loved our stay, very clean and decorated cute. Would definitely recommend this host and house. Hope to stay here again when we come back.
