Cute and cozy beach style house in Berlin MD- 5 min from Assateage Beach!

We will book to stay here again! We mostly fish on Assateague and the convenience here is AMAZING!! The space in the home, the kitchen was well stocked,(Im a chef and to have good pots and pans and sharp knives... wow!!!), everything was clean and just great! The backyard was fenced which was great! The garage was a finished space, it did have a smell to it but wr just put an air freshner out there upon arrival and it was okay! We brought cages for our pups just to be safe with other property and it was nice to have that room to set the cages up for when we went to dinner and such! There was a fire pit out back, picnic table, and a great yard!!! Overall this property i think may be our go to for bookings for our 3 times a year we visit as long as our dates are availabe!! Highly recommend from communication, location, stay, and we could enjoy brining our pups!!!!

We loved our stay at this property, a great yard for the dogs and kids, very quiet neighborhood, close proximity to the beach and the State Park, very cozy home, can't wait to go back.

We found everything we needed in this spacious house ideally located near beach at Assateague National Seashore. In addition to 3 bedrooms, there’s a large den with sofas and host provides air mattresses. Fire pit out back. Quiet neighborhood. We plan to stay again next year.

The location is perfect! Just 5 minutes away from the Assateague Island. Comfortable place to accommodate a big group. We had a wonderful stay

Excellent location to the beach. Owner was great with communication. Fabulous neighborhood.

Our only complaints/ suggestions was that some of kitchen utensils were dirty. The pyrex dish still had food on it and some and other spatulas we had to srub to remove left over food. Also the vacuum doesnt work at all. We did our best sweeping. Thats our only complaints, i would recommand a pizza pan, and additionally tv in the other room as you walk in. Outside of these thoughts. We had a amazing stay. Our dog loved the the back yard as did the kids, and we loved the outside side shower for cleaning the dog. Love to to stay again

Loved the location! The house was the perfect size. The Kitchen was perfect for us and the passthrough to the family room made it easy to keep an eye on the kids.
