Beautiful and renovated 3 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms located in the prestigious Hollywood Lakes. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail by the pool. Perfect location for friends and families. Spend some quality time in a residential neighborhood located a 5 minute drive to Hollywood beach. Parking for 3 cars maximum; 1 front driveway spot and 2 back (alley accessed) driveway spots.

The house has:
- Open living, dining, kitchen area with 50 smart TV in the living room
- Fully stocked kitchen
- Master bedroom with 2 twin bed frames (beds can either be separated or pushed against each other depending on guest preference), en suite bathroom and 32 smart TV
- Master bathroom - ensuite to master with shower
- Bedroom 2 with queen bed frame and 32 smart TV
- Bedroom 3 with 2 twin bed frames
- Bathroom 2 with a bathtub
- Laundry closet with washer and ventless dryer (water must be emptied)

This house is equipped with Minut decibel detectors and no parties will be tolerated. This is a residential neighborhood, please be respectful of the neighbors.

You may see lizards, birds, iguanas, bugs and frogs in the yard from time to time as it is South Florida.

Pool cleaners come every Tuesday and Friday

Dryer is ventless so after each load, the top drawer needs to be pulled out and the water needs to be emptied.
