Stayed Oct 17, 2025Very nice home with good proximity to The University of Notre Dame. Although we didn’t use the back patio, it is very inviting and would be a great place to hang out. The home was very clean and had nice amenities. Would definitely return!

Stayed Oct 3, 2025Great property, about 7 miles from the Rt 31 entrance to Notre Dame (Douglas Road) Plenty of room. Very clean. All you need in the Kitchen and Baths. less than 2 miles to lots of restaurants. Communication was great with owners. We would definitely stay again.

Stayed Sep 18, 2025Hands down best VRBO rental we have stayed out. VERY CLEAN and nice, safe neighborhood. Only a few minutes from Notre Dame campus which we were in town for a football game. Good location, restaurants nearby and a nice coffee shop. House was perfect for all of us to stay comfortably. Nice backyard the teens threw a football. Easy check in and out process. Plenty of towels, etc. Will be staying here again on our next trip to South Bend!

Stayed Nov 8, 2024Took a bucket list trip with my wife and cousins. They are big FSU fans and we are die hard Notre Dame supporters.. As the game lacked the competitiveness we were hoping for, the house exceeded our expectations. Very well appointed and decorated. Everything you could possibly need and more to make the trip enjoyable. Jim was great at communicating throughout. Would highly recommend!

Stayed Oct 10, 2024We stayed here for the ND/Stanford game and had a great time! The house was clean, linens fresh and mattresses were comfortable! We enjoyed the home feeling with included amenities such as laundry detergent, TP, etc. Was a short distance to ND campus, about 15 minutes. Close proximity for door dash delivery as well. Neighborhood was nice and seemed very safe. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you to the Mortek’s for their hospitality!

Stayed Oct 27, 2023Famil, Friends and I traveled to South Bend for the Notre Dame vs. Pitt football game. The house was about 10 minutes away from campus and was an easy drive to and from the game. Check in was very simple and the house was very clean and comfortable. Outdoor space was great for gathering with family and friends. Included was binder with local maps and attractions. Would book this property in the future and recommend to anyone going to this area.
