Custom, Waterfront Home w/ Boat Ramp, Sound Views, Private Hot Tub, Shared Pool

This house isn’t bad at all it is a nice size. There are things about this place that need updating and it would be great. Hot tub doesn’t work that well it keep a temp of 108*. The stove was so-so but they did send someone out to fix it. The wood need up dated I like all the porches but if you go when they are a lot of rain it limits where you can go. The kitchen need more supplies wisk, spatulas . The grill needs updated. Location is great not far from anything great if you have a paddle board, canoe.

First and foremost mold everywhere mainly in the kitchen cabinets. Shower curtains full of mold, dead cockroaches laying all over first three floors. Air Vents had mold and moisture stains.

First time staying at this home. The frying pans need to be replaced as food sticks to them even when using oil. We did find big roaches on the first floor of the house. The house says it has a fish cleaning table which it does not and being out there fishing you need a table to clean them. The light in the fridge didn’t work and neither did the ice maker in the freezer. The freezer kept beeping and couldn’t find a way to stop it. Message the staff but no one ever came out to address these issues. Also only 3 sorry pot holders to use. I went and bought some to have in the house and left them for the next family. If the owner will correct these issues then it will be a great home with plenty of room for everyone.

This house is great for large families who want to enjoy the sound. However it needs some TLC and a good deep cleaning. The sofas are badly stained, the jetted tub broken and leaking. The kitchen cabinets need to cleaned out, there were 4 coffee pots

Would be a great home in a good location but needs updated. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms. There has been lots of water damage that has been painted over and not fixed properly. Now there terrible part. Just about every register on the upstairs floors were just about covered with mold and the drywall around them. We had 2 of them cleaned and painted while we were there because they were over the bed blowing on us and my wife was having sinus issues. That was only the registers. Who knows whats in the ducts. Needs to be addressed asap.

Great house comfortable bright - right on channel. Had an amazing trip kayaking paddle boarding swimming -loving life for 2 weeks!

Beautiful open views to the water on the sound side. There was plenty of space for multiple families to be comfortable. We really loved and enjoyed the entire house. Two shower stalls outside after the beach were great to rinse off multiple little ones.

Location was nice. Beautiful views of sunset each night and sunrise each morning. The house is a little dated but the layout is nice.

Loved the location. Easy access to the sound for whatever water sports you choose.

Cottage has beautiful views and great deck furniture. All frying pans need to be replaced and cottage needs storage containers. Mattresses in master bedrooms need to be replaced. They sink badly in the middle so you feel like you are rolling into a whole. The ice maker is great!
