We would like to thank Rex for the wonderful days we spent there.We had 7 absolutely fantastic days and were thoroughly delighted.Upon our arrival at the house, we were given a very friendly welcome by Rex. He showed us around the house and explained where everything was located.The house was situated in an excellent location—conveniently positioned for getting to the Strip, for shopping, and for reaching almost any other destination. Furthermore, the house was very clean and well-maintained.We would definitely book this house again for our next trip and can recommend it without hesitation.

Rex our host was amazing, went out of his way to help us with check in and showing us how all the house gadgets work, from pool/spa, to sound system and TV's. . .which are abundant! Ample parking made it easy for my family.

Location was perfect for our needs. Off the strip, but close to Thomas & Mack Center. The area is quiet and felt very safe. The backyard/pool area was fantastic for an entertainment hub. The casita was so comfortable and provided some privacy. Our host was friendly and accommodating; only needed assistance once. We will be back, Rex!

The Host is great. He's super friendly and helpful. The layout of the property is great!! It's the perfect place for multiple couples or a group. The host has thought of everything. Uber drivers find it easily, and it truly is a great location for access to all things Vegas.

Absolutely incredible spot, we loved our stay as group (comfortable for everyone) and Rex was awesome! Helped make our stay as easy and enjoyable as it could be. As we all talked about towards the end for sure definitely coming back.

The host Rex was amazing. The house was gorgeous. There was a pool and spa and he even had an outdoor shower and toilets!! There was a huge volleyball net and a fire pit that he has wood stocked for you. The bbq grill with big screen tv was wonderful and the surround sound speakers ran all through the backyard. The house itself had 3 bedrooms inside and a casita outside. Led lights in every room so you dont run into anything. It was a wonderful stay Rex stops by to show you around and how to use everything which was wonderful and then he tells you to call or text him anytime if something goes wrong or you need anything. He lives nextdoor but he doesnt bother you but keeps himself available for your every need. On our last day he came to say goodbye and asked us how our stay was. Hes a doll we love Rex!!

Great house for up to 4 couples. Pool house has the premiere bedroom but all four bedrooms are spacious and comfortable.

Great house. Wonderful stay

Spent two weeks at this beautiful home. Very well appointed with lots of large screen tvs and is very spacious and comfortable. Location is absolutely perfect being about a 3 minute drive from the strip. Everything you need is available for your stay. Bathrooms are very nicely designed with greats showers. Additional living space in the garden is brilliant too and just adds to the excellent accommodation provided. Outdoor space is the best I have seen in many years of holiday home rental. Outdoor kitchen is great, pool and spa area is excellent and the overall plot the home sits on is amazing. Area is very quiet and secure with a good local community. The beds are very comfortable and the garage is great for keeping the car out of the heat so the AC doesn’t need to work so hard when you get in the car to go out. Rex, the owner is an amazing host. He is always on hand to help with anything you may need and is very friendly and approachable, a great source of local info and giving good tips on where to visit/eat etc. We will definitely be in touch to stay again on our next visit to Vegas. Perfect house for a great weekend getaway, all the amenities you could dream of, will definitely book again!!

House was wonderful, beautiful pool, built in sound system, nice bbq area, massive TV in the house. Pretty much anything you could want, and Rex was a great host! He even came by in the mornings to scoop leaves out of the pool because it was so windy. We would definitely stay here again!

Rex is super easy to work with. The photos don’t do justice to the house. This was the perfect location for us who did not want to stay on the strip, but close to everything. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here to see the Dead at the Sphere. We did rent a car, which helped for groceries and get around, but an uber is an option. Location was great. The house accommodated 8 of us no problem with a wonderful pool and bbq grill in the backyard. Highly recommend the house

This property is wonderful with lots of amenities inside and out. The pool, hot tub and outdoor kitchen are wonderful. Rex was extremely prompt with communication and very attentive. This property is also close to everything. I will be back.

The owner Rex is a very nice man and was there to show us around when we arrived. The house and property are beautiful and large enough to accommodate our party of 8. We had plenty of room to sleep, cook and hang out by the pool/jacuzzi. The outdoor kitchen was perfect! Highly recommend this property! We will definitely rebook with Rex next time we are in Vegas!

I would give this 10 stars out of 5 if I could. The owner Rex was extremely responsive and helpful. Beautiful pool and loved the bonus casita and outdoor kitchen. Incredible sound system inside and out and comfy sitting, TV and game room. The beds were comfortable and we liked the sheets and bedding. It’s convenient to everything while being private due to the unique tucked away neighborhood it’s in. Just perfect! Thanks Rex!

We spent a week here and had a nice time. It is close to everything and we took advantage of off strip activities this time around and used this as our home base. It's a lovely property that is great for multi-family use. The pool was to cold for us, but loved the hot tub in the evenings. Comfy beds and excellent air conditioning. If you have a big group, I would definitely consider this property!

This is the best Vrbo that’s closest to the strip everything was only a five to ten min drive. The owner is communicative friendly and very professional. I am always staying here with my family when I come to vegas
