Lovely house with close proximity to beach access. Pool is beautiful and plenty of room! Electric golf carts were awesome!!!

House was great! Lots of room. Beautifully decorated. Great location. Walk to beach and town. Communication was excellent. The pool area was very nice and private but you can hear cars from the road. I would absolutely recommend this house.

Location, location, location!!!! Communication with the owner was excellent. Having 2 golf carts at the house was incredible. We didn’t have to waist time with drop off and picking up. The house was in good shape, just could have used a little TLC. There was no lounge furniture downstairs as posted but we made do with the furniture on the balcony. A few items were broken upon arrival but that happens with rentals overtime, and nothing big enough to cause problems. I would rent this house again.

It is a great house and a perfect location. Great communication. Just needs some updates/repairs (could use some painting, steps down to the pool need repaired, furniture in ping-pong table area, etc.). The house has lots of great space and extra amenities!

Although the house is absolutely beautiful, we found several things that were surprisingly less than adequate. The house is on a busy main street corner which really surprised us. The floors were dirty. One of the bathroom lights did not work, and although we reported it to the owner and never got fixed. One of the bathroom sinks did not work and a plumber did come and fix that on day three the outdoor staircase going down to the lovely pool was rotting and dangerous and unfortunately, we had to discover it ourselves -when we told the owner, he said that it was supposed to be fixed. The pool area was in disarray with sand and debris all around. In the upstairs bedroom the patio door did not lock and 3 said do not open. All the door knobs were difficult at best and dysfunctional for some. For the price we paid, I would have expected much better than this. The guidebook needs some thinning and updates as there were multiple versions of info sheets with no dates and some things different.

The house is located in a great spot on the North end. Owner is very responsive.

Wonderful time! So close to the beach, shops, restaurants. Patrick was a fantastic host! We will be back!

Pet-friendly, spacious, clean, with all the amenities we needed for our stay. Beds were all very comfortable. Outdoor living patios and pool area were relaxing and fenced in perfectly for pets. One block from the beautiful beach. Wonderful family vacation! Can’t wait to stay here again!

Great location, short walk to the beach. Pool was a bonus. The house is much bigger than it looks in the pictures. Can use some minor upgrades - ceiling fans, light bulbs, smart tvs.

Well, the weather did not cooperate at all, but we enjoyed the house immensely and had a great time with each other visiting and all that wonderful space and large kitchen. Walking distance to beach and town was a plus.
