Stayed Jul 30, 2023The property was very nice and accurate on description, shopping, restaurants and activities are all very close, pool was great. The property seemed to be very clean, unfortunately the house needs a fumigation asap. We killed at least six medium to large size roaches during our stay inside the house along with a bit of small ants, otherwise it would have been a perfect place.....!!!!!

Stayed Jul 31, 2022There were more than a few disappointments about this property. The biggest one was that the AC went out and wasn’t repaired for over 24 hours. August in Florida is HOT. Being without for so long was challenging. It was over 80 degrees in the house and so humid while we were sleeping We had our dog with us so we had to change our plans the next day because we couldn’t leave him alone in the house since they couldn’t tell us when it would be fixed. Iris said she’d compensate us 1/2 off the night which we agreed was fair but she never did. Hot tub was cold and the basketball hoop was broken. Garbage was left in the unit from previous tenant which makes me wonder how well it had actually been cleaned before we stayed there. It all left a bad taste in my mouth. I would not use this company again.

Stayed Mar 8, 2022The property was wonderful. There was enough room for everyone. We enjoyed the kayaks and the bikes. We had a little trouble with the pool/spa remote. The property manager said it didn't work and one was on order. She showed us an app to download to turn spa on and off as well as the pool light. All in all it was a terrific two weeks.

Stayed Aug 28, 2021This was a beautiful property. Nicely upgraded. Need to provide your own paper products (other than 1 roll of TP per bathroom) and dishwasher soap, but all other needed necessities were available. Would definitely return!

Stayed Jun 21, 2021Great home. Very close to stores and restaurants. Enjoyed fishing off the canal and kayaking.
