The house was spotless, the kitchen well equipped with a great open floor plan and we utilized the gas grill on the deck for most meals. We enjoyed the use of the beach chairs and sand toys for our granddaughter available in the garage. Never utilized the TV’s or house sound system since we were enjoying the outdoor activities or playing games with the family.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay very much. The property was clean well organized and over all fantastic. The only two area of confusion relative to the directions were one the cable which we thought was part of the package did not work. We tried several times to figure out the various commands but non of there worked. Typically we don't watch much TV in the Cape but we were unable to view Wimbledon or the British open. Lastly, the direction relative to the use of the thermostats could have been more specific. Aside from these two items the stay was fantastic. Thank you. We will be interested in renting again next year. Please let us know of the availability on this home and others. We will be looking for a 7/15/24 to 8/15/24 rental next year. 5 to 6 bedrooms, same quality. AC, clean, warm etc.
