This house was immaculate and decorated beautifully. Everything was exceptional.

Thank you for sharing your home with us. We rented the home for our anniversary that we share with friends. The detail in this home is absolutely incredible. The spa? Amazing. Location? Amazing. Things to do? Amazing. Only a couple things we weren’t thrilled with. The washing machine did not work. We arrived Thursday at 5. They had a repairman show up Saturday to fix it. He was really cool. A local that had some good advice on restaurant and things to do. So it was fixed. The fireplace downstairs that doubled in the main living room and the pool outside sis not work. Neither did the fireplace in the master. That was a bummer. The fountain in the Fourier was absolutely amazing. It was only on from 4-6pm. For the price we felt it should have been on when we wanted it on. We feel like they heard us complaining about it because it ended up turning on all day Saturday. Which was great! For the price we paid, we feel everything should have worked. I would give this place, 5 stars. 10 if I could. Just little gripes. So many great things to do locally. Antelope canyon. Horseshoe Bend. 20 minute drive to Utah, which was a bit of a let down. It was so windy and we got sandblasted but that was on us.Overall, we highly recommend and would definitely visit again. Absolutely memorable. Thank you

This house was wonderful! The views are amazing, the house was clean, the kitchen was stocked with basics for cooking and our kids played in the pool most of our stay.

Just an incredible home, exceeded our expectations in all aspects. The house itself is divided into 3 different living spaces, but connected in a common outdoor area. In doing so, it gives family some separation if they want it, yet the family space is sufficient for everyone to enjoy time together. The outdoor space and view are truly incredible, the pictures don’t do it justice. The hot tub is very large and the pool is bigger than the pictures suggest. Not missing at all are the little touches in this home. The decor and cleanliness are top of the line, the owners very much care about this home and treat it well. There was also no shortage of supplies in the kitchen, soap, toilet paper and paper towels. Our family loved our time in Page in part because of how incredible this home was, you will not be disappointed!!!

The house was perfect. The pool and spa were amazing. Veiws were gorgeous. The interior amenities were perfect; spacious kitchen stocked full of all the cookware we needed, bedrooms were spaced far apart - giving everyone a good bit of privacy, upper patio was perfect for morning sunning and evening grilling or fireplace family gatherings. We enjoyed the private master patio and outside shower as well. Location was perfect to activities we wanted to see like horseshoe bend, antelope slot canyons, the great chamber, and the grand canyon. Really great property! A must if in Arizona.

Property was truly stunning. Great location and fabulous views. Back deck / pool face west to fantastic sunsets. Property Owners and manager were easily contacted to help with any questions. Highly recommend this property!!

Outstanding place to stay when you’re anywhere near the area!

Unbelievably beautiful place and super nice hosts, very accommodating and warm.Only reason for 1 star less is the hot tub and swimming pool were not heated when we arrived and didn't get warm enough for use during our 2 days there. We chose the place because of the advertised heated pool, so this was not great.

Beautiful home. The trail system right out the front door was amazing. We enjoyed several mile hikes each morning of our stay.

Stunning property! We had a wonderful time in this beautiful home. It has the very best of everything. High end comfortable furniture, well stocked kitchen, clean pool, and endless views! Already planning a return trip for next year.

We’ve stayed at many VRBO’s and ABnB’s through our years and are pleased to say our time at the Kiva Cliff House, from start to finish was AMAZING! We were greeted by the owner’s pleasant and accommodating representative. She afforded a thorough walk through, while enjoying our mounting chorus of WOW’s!! The Kiva is by far the warmest home of any we’ve enjoyed. The layout and decor triggered a sense that you were truly staying in a modern Hopi Kiva. The kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and visiting areas were over the top for a VRBO offered at the rate we were charged! Our crew enjoyed the hot tub and pool every evening, closing out several with a few beverages in the awe-inspiring upper balcony while star gazing. We highly recommend the Kiva Cliff House if you are planning a stay in the Lake Powell area. We hope to enjoy it again at some point.

The pictures of this property do not do it justice! It’s AMAZING! We rented this house for a family getaway and we were very happy with our stay. The house was very clean and well stocked with all the appliances and amenities needed. The views are incredible and it’s a plus to have the Page Rim Trail right outside the door. The pool and jacuzzi were big hits and the upstairs patio area was great for nighttime sky viewing! Our host was easily reachable and so nice! I highly recommend this property and we will definitely book here next time we’re in town!

The view from this property is amazing. Drink coffee and watch the sunrise and swim while the sunsets. Gorgeous house inside and out. The owners are wonderful people. Look forward to staying here again.

This place was absolutely perfect! From the rooms to the pool to the rooftop outdoor kitchen, we enjoyed everything this house had to offer. We’ll be back!

The house was amazing with a great view! We enjoyed both the balcony with the grill and fireplace and the negative edge pool and hot tub, as well as the indoor spaces in the kitchen and living room. The Master was amazing, and my girls loved sleeping in the Queen in the tower while our friends that joined us had the family room. The property manager was awesome as well. We had an issue with the grill and they came right over to assist us! Great place and would so love to come there again!

We’ve stayed at several VRBO properties and this is by far the absolute best experience we’ve ever had. The owners are communicative and quick to address any questions. We didn’t want to leave the home - the pool is incredible and very relaxing. The photos simply do not do this property justice! Thank you! We already want to come back!

We came to do some hiking, and were totally stunned at how pretty this house is. Everything about it is cool. We had a relaxing time and are really happy that you share this beautiful home with us. I would definitely come back. Maybe we can do a sister trip! Thanks again. Impeccable taste!

We loved the property! The house was absolutely beautiful! We didn't realize that the family suite and the upstairs room were slightly in their own areas so it took a small adjustment. (We were traveling with a 5 yo, 9 yo, and 13 yo so not a negative just had to communicate with the kids about it but traveling with older kids and adults that is a HUGE added value) The property manager was great and amazing to communicate with. House had all we need and more. It was an amazing stay and we'd definitely go back. Trails outside the house were a great add on too. Close to Horseshoe Bend, Antelope Canyon and then going into Utah.

This home is a tribute to beauty of the surrounding lands and the local Navajo art. Three couples stayed for four days toured Antelope Canyon. boated on Lake Powell, both close, and did a day trip to monument valley, 2 hrs away. We all loved this place.

We've stayed in many VRBOs over the years and our family agrees this home was one of our favorites! Sheree met us at the door and gave us a personal tour of the property, how to operate the spa, fireplaces, etc. The home was super clean- so many towels (separate pool towels) including wash clothes, extra blankets, coffee, shampoo, laundry detergent. No detail left behind. The kids loved having their own space... the 2 bedrooms are not inside the main house but are secure in a locked area so parents don't need to worry. The views were amazing and the home was close to restaurants and the grocery store (short dries). Horseshoe bend was just 5 minutes away and Antelope Canyon 15 minutes away via car. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Friendly people beautiful surroundings close to a lot of things to do.

The house lives up to the pictures. It is really an incredible home.The views are amazing. You can walk for hours on trails right outside the house. Page is a great base for a trip to southwest. There is a seemingly limitless choice of destinations within a few hours drive. We hope to make it back this area again and if we do will definitely look to rent this house again.

Our family was so sad to leave this beautiful home. The pool, views, and details of the home were perfection. Every amenity you could possibly need or want was provided. The hostess was very attentive and friendly. We spent a lot of time in the pool/hot tub and on the roof top patio just enjoying the view. We would love to stay here again.
