Custom Built Rental on Lodge Hill! Stunning Home in a Peaceful Neighborhood!

Beautiful home!!! Stairs up to the house. One bedroom on the main floor, two suites upstairs. The driveway is very steep and you have to back down the hill. Location is good for excursions to Moonstone boardwalk and Hearst Castle.

Beautiful home with a lot of unique character. Very spacious and clean. We love the views and the serenity. would love to come back again.

This home is breathtaking! It needs a little TLC from the owner. There is no air condition or fans and a few windows don’t have screens.Great secluded property. Adorably decorated. With a little maintenance, it could be worth the price you pay nightly.

I was not happy with the cleanliness of the home though. It has big widows everywhere with wonderful views, but the window were all dirty and the screens filled with webs and bugs. There were cobwebs in almost every room. Because of that I would not stay again. Parking was also very difficult.

Amazing one of a kind home with privacy. Very spacious with fully equipped kitchen. Enjoyed being together as a family with our adult children. Fenced yard was ideal for the pets. Had some internet issues and the owner was very responsive. Highly recommend!

The property is fabulous. You’re in the woods but can see the ocean. Views are from every direction as are doors and patios that provide air and sunlight to come drifting in for a true feeling of nature. Huge amount of space to spread out and not be on top of everyone.

What a special home that was clearly built with love and attention to detail. We loved watching the sunlight move throughout the day across the house and the view from the windows was like living in a treehouse at the edge of an oak forest. The open main floor with one bedroom downstairs was perfect for our family and made it easy to gather and cook together. Thank you for creating the book on how the owner built the house, we enjoyed learning about the entire process down to the adorable frog doorknobs. We didn't want to leave!
