CUSTOM BUILT CABIN WITH SAUNA & HOT TUB

Beautiful home and property, inside and outside! Quiet and peaceful, with very large deck, hot tub and sauna.

First my main thing was it was not worth the . I’ve stayed in much nicer for less. The cabin was nice. The hill is too steep to go to the water. There weren’t many working lights for downstairs. The batteries were dead in the remotes, so we had to go buy some. Definitely needs new washer and dryer.

It was nice to have the hot tub, the sauna and the fireplace especially when it is cold. My husband was excited to play pool but unfortunately the pool table’s rails are falling apart so the balls wouldn’t bounce right. We still had a great time with great friends!

Most amazing view and the quietness was amazing as well.

Everything was perfect! My family had a great time and we were close to Helen.

Host was great. Location was great. Some things needed to be repaired. There were plenty of boards on the lower and upper decks that need to be replaced. Holes were forming and boards were rotting away on the upper and lower deck.

The property host is a property management company, they are responsive to contact but do not resolve issues. I contacted them twice in 5 days without resolution. The neighbor had 2 x large aggressive dogs roaming our rental property yard and decks, we were unable to use the outside firepit and had to be very vigilant getting in and out of the car and taking out our small dog (leashed) for bathroom breaks. The host told me to enjoy my stay when i rang about the dogs. The clothes dryer was broken, the host had me text pictures of the dryer make and model, advising of next day repair, it was not repaired. The property decks have several holes due to rotted wood. The propery could do with a little TLC. The sauna was a positive and enjoyable amenity. The property is located in a good area to access local places of interest.

The cabin was clean and comfy. We loved having a fire in the fireplace each night. The pool table, sauna and hot tub were a great bonus. There were a few area that need to be fixed. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom is wobbling badly. The deck to the fire pit needs to be replaced. It’s rotting in a lot of areas. The upper deck is saggy under the weight of the hot tub. It’s concerning to see. Overall my family and I enjoyed our stay.

The staff at Blue Creek cabins are wonderful very accommodating easy to get a hold of and truly listens to the person staying at their property! The cabin was clean and beautifully decorated for the holidays! Normally they decorate the day after Thanksgiving, but we checked in a couple days prior and they still made it happen for me. The location is great. It’s close by so many different things you won’t be bored! I was so pleased with everything they did and I would highly recommend staying at one of their properties. Mountainside Falls was beautiful! I really hope to return again!

Did not get to enjoy the hot tub, since the chemicals were very strong and burned our nose and throat.

Great Cabin! Held 5 adults comfortably. We all loved the wrapped around porch.

The cabin was great! Close to Helen and an easy drive. The hot tub was fantastic!

Easy booking and check in. Kitchen cookware was a little worn, and could use a couple serving/mixing bowls but otherwise well equipped.

We stayed at Mountainside Falls during a week long work trip. The cabin is absolutely beautiful and the view is stunning. There are neighbors, but it’s very peaceful and quiet and you do feel secluded. The back porch/ that is probably one of my favorite places to sit in the morning and drink coffee as well as in the evening, a glass of wine. Perfect location between Helen and Cleveland. We also brought our three year-old goldendoodle who appreciated against in area and the wraparound porch.

What a great spot! Perfect place for a weekend away.

We had a fabulous time! The large deck was great for family breakfasts and late evening talks. We will definitely be looking for this cabin again with our next trip to Helen.

Great location - close to everything / hikes, Helen, good restaurants and wineries… lacked kitchen storage so best eat out :-) Nice hot tub - great place for your pets - beds were ok - all in all a good stay

Property was as described on the website. The house was very clean and also had a nice fenced in front yard for our dog. However, we did not have Internet for the three days that we stayed in the location and had to leave early since I was unable to work, I had spoke with someone at the rental agency at least four times about the Internet being out however, no one was ever sent out nor did they seem to care to fix the problem.
