Custom built beach home with a private pool!

We loved sunset beach and the house was perfect!

We had the best family vacation. The house was perfect! Communication with Jill was seamless! We look forward to returning for years to come!

This home and beach are the best. The house suited our needs beautifully. The bedrooms were spacious and the kitchen and dining areas more than accommodated our large family. The kitchen was so well stocked with all the amenities (we cook in every meal) and an extra washer/dryer was definitely a plus. Needles to say, everyone, particularly the kids, loved the pool. The beach goers loved how the beach access was only a few minutes away. We can't wait to return!

We couldn't have asked for a more perfect home for our family trip to Sunset Beach. Beautiful decor, awesome views, and plenty of accommodations for our party of 12 ranging in age from 12-80! Jill was the quintessential hostess, with clear directions, recommendations for local must-dos, and immediate responses to our communication. When a lightning strike rendered the elevator unusable, and the main door lock glitched, repairs were scheduled immediately and were completed quickly. We LOVED the pool, the large kitchen and dining area - perfect for big family suppers and game nights. It's hard to leave this little slice of heaven!

Absolutely lovely property which was perfect for our family vacation. Very well equipped and plenty of space with a wonderful kitchen and dining area. The beach was easy to walk to and there were plenty of beach toys suitable for all the children. The pool was a real hit and so nice for us all to enjoy. The lookout for the sunsets was just round the corner so we enjoyed that each evening.Would thoroughly recommend this for anyone wanting to go to Sunset beach.

We rented this awesome house May 22-29, 2021 for the reunion of our whole family -which has grown so much the past few years- there was never any hope of staying in our own Sunset Beach condo back on 27th St! Daughters in from Dubai, Colorado Springs,CO and Atlanta ,GA as well as sons-in-laws and 2 grandsons made for a full house! We are very late in submitting this review but happy to give a glowing report! The owners were highly proactive and super responsive in all our communication pre-vaca. We received timely detailed Instructions for our check-in and out and their security technology made it easy. Jill and Jim have thought of every conceivable need anyone would ever have for a perfect beach vacation. The kitchen is huge - 10 people can be in it all at once. This house is set much higher in elevation on 38th St. so the entire western sky is visible over the rooftops from the kitchen window. Beautiful views to catch the famous cotton-candy sunsets without leaving the house! The extra drink fridge below the coffee bar was a lifesaver. Check out Jill’s fun coffee mug collection! “Which one will I choose today?”The fully-stocked bright Kitchen along with the 12 person dining table ends up being the hang out place more so than any TV. Great rocking chair front porches. The ambiance of this house is clean, bright and upscale. Their custom info/guest books with pictures and welcome basket are a personal touch not usually found.. Our 2 1/2 year old grandson learned to swim that week in -according to their pool maintenance company -“the best pool on Sunset Beach.” Had everything we needed -Pool and beach toys, chairs, and games all supplied. Only a short 2 minutes to walk to ocean access. The attention to detail that the owners have in their house show they truly care about their renter’s experience. We enjoyed their house so much that we ended up adopting their plan for our future build on Sunset Beach. Perhaps that’s the greatest compliment of all to owners Jill and Jim! We have been coming to Sunset for more than 20 years. This house is aptly named, You are My Sunshine! We loved every square inch of this beautiful home. The owners are lovely and responsive. They have infused this home with so much joy and it was a perfect setting for our annual trip.
