Custom Builder just completely remodeled this Mountain Chalet! ...with Hot Tub!

Property was as advertised and there are no complaints. It was a bit small for the 6 adults ( 3 couples). The loft was nice but very warm when sleeping. The den seating was for crowded for us but the fireplace was appreciated on the very cold nights and morning.

The Chalet was exactly as the pictures. Great location and had everything we needed. Comfortable beds and plenty of room. The host provided us with all the information we requested and needed.

This place was great. Had everything you could need for a long ski weekend. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was clean and we liked the open layout. The hot tub was also clean and great for after the hikes we did each day. The kitchen was fully stocked and appliances worked great. We used the gas fireplace every night, it was easy, just flip a wall switch. Smart tv made it easy to sign into our accounts....we more than likely forgot to sign out of them, so remember to do that. The house accepts pets and was one of the only ones at Wintergreen that allowed cats which we were grateful for. The one bed off the living room is more firm; the bedroom off the kitchen had a bed that was more soft, and it was darker in the back which was nice for sleeping. Both bathrooms had plenty of products to use. The location was nice and quiet. It was nice being in the trees. A friend of mine stayed up on the ridge and for most of her stay she was clouded in, so kind of gamble if you pay for the view and don't get it. The setting here was lovely and the deck was nice to sit on. Thanks for a great stay!

Great location, super nice home, we had a wonderful time!

Comfortable stay in a treehouse home where the cooling breezes washed over us while the rest of the country suffocated in heat and humidity. Our dog enjoyed the outside balcony as well. Nicely furnished and wonderful kitchen with higher end cookware.

We have rented several properties over the years and this has been the most impressive so far. I had packed half my kitchen worried about having all the tools I would need to cook with and it was a waste of time and space.

Nice weekend getaway in the mountains.

My family and I stayed here for a long weekend to make the most of some local hikes, end of season snow on the slopes and quality time together. The property met all of our needs and wants when we were browsing for availabilities. We had a hiccup accessing the property during initial check in (key code) but the property owners were helpful and got us in quickly. Their responsiveness eased my concerns right from the start, should we have needed them for anything else during our stay.What stood out to us were all the little comforts of home, like a well stocked kitchen full of every tool, utensil or container you might need. The chalet seemed very clean overall including the hot tub and grill. The owner provided a variety of soaps, cleaning supplies, waste bags for pets, towels, tea, coffee, propane for the grill and lots more I'm sure I'm forgetting.We will definitely consider coming back and recommend this to any family traveling to the area with or without a pet.

Excellent house close to the slopes

We enjoyed our stay. The kids loved being able to hit the slopes across the street. The house was well stocked and clean. Loved the mudroom and hot tub. Seating at the table and the living room was a little tight but cozy. The fireplace was great for drying our gear since there is no washer and dryer. Beautiful views. The only two things I would suggest is leaving ice melt/salt for the stairs. They got icy after it rained and were quiet slippery. Also an extra drying rack would have been great since everyone was soaked after skiing in the rain. There was a lot that had to be dried. We hope to visit again.

Beautiful accommodations. Every little thing was thought of. Fully stocked kitchen, night lights for every room in the house, gas fireplace, loved the hot tub, dog bags (we brought some, but it was great that if we forgot, they were provided), loved the mudroom. I have nothing negative to say.

3 night/2day ski trip, had a great time, Lower Tyro was a short walk but be prepared for a hill climb and stairs. Fireplace was nice, and a cool spiral staircase loft area. Unexpectedly, there was no washer or dryer in the house which made a multi day ski trip inconvenient.

A beautiful and relaxing space to unwind after a day on the slopes! Our family loved playing games by the fireplace, cooking family meals together, and relaxing in the hot tub.

Property was clean and updated. Large hot tub was awesome! The floor plan was great. King beds perfect. Nice loft with queen bed. Kitchen well stocked. Great views. Great communication with owners. Convenient location.

Very happy with this rental property. Just perfect! We got everything we need. it’s clean and very nice layout. This is the only place I rented that I enjoyed cooking —-they have all the must haves and good quality kitchen stuff. 3 mins away from the Market/gas station and the Mountain Inn. Will definitely come back

This house was very clean and well stocked to make it feel like you were at home. Good location and nice hot tub.

We had a great stay this past weekend. This is our first time staying on an owners property instead of resorts. We did miss some of the amenities like the gym and pool however if you take a hike to Shamokin Falls that is a great workout in addition to the house stairs. House was as discribed and had everything needed.

Perfect spot to share with another couple in the mountains. Home was extremely well stocked, clean, and comfortable.

The steps up a bit daunting--but we knew that when we booked-- with the coolers, luggage, etc.---but definitely worth it! LOVED the hot tub---with cool nights and AM's---I was in it AM and PM!! Beds very comfy, bathrooms clean and orderly, kitchen well supplied. View was magnificent. It was all A+ positive and all as described. Definitely planning on staying here again.
