Enjoy this fantastic 150 m² house, located in a quiet residential area of Campanillas, just a few minutes from Málaga city centre. With capacity for up to 10 people, it is an ideal accommodation for families or groups of friends looking for privacy, comfort and spacious areas to enjoy together.



🛏️ The property has 4 bedrooms with air conditioning. The master bedroom features a comfortable 150 cm bed, dressing room and en-suite bathroom with bathtub. The other three bedrooms offer double beds and one of them also has single beds, allowing a very comfortable distribution for groups. The house has a second full bathroom with shower.



☀️ The exterior is designed to make the most of the good weather on the Costa del Sol. You will find a large private pool, sun loungers, chill-out area with sofas and swing, spacious terraces with dining tables and a magnificent covered barbecue area, equipped with a gas barbecue next to the pool and another charcoal or wood-fired one, perfect for long evenings with company.



🍴 The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, Dolce Gusto and Italian coffee maker, kettle, toaster, juicer and all the necessary kitchenware to feel at home. It also has decorative fireplace with heating function, Smart TV, high-speed WiFi and air conditioning throughout the property.



👶 With families in mind, the accommodation has a cot and two high chairs. It also has private parking within the plot for several vehicles.



📍 Your location allows you to combine tranquillity and nature with excellent connectivity. Within a few minutes you will be able to access Campanillas, Málaga city centre, beaches such as La Misericordia or Los Álamos, golf courses, shopping centres, the airport and numerous places of interest in the province.
