Stayed Nov 22, 2025This could be our favorite VRBO ever. This is a great place and is well located for skiing with several ski resorts close by. The hosts were a class act. They offered useful services and responded lightning fast. They would have stocked the fridge had we asked. :-) Very nice. We especially liked the extra family room for the kids, and the kitchen was a incredibly stocked culinary dream (dishes, utensils, pots, pans, skillets, knives, serving stuff, baking stuff... ) It's all there. I especially liked the big pine tree right outside the backsplash window. It's such a cool touch. It lets you know you are in the woods. All rooms were comfy and well appointed. We loved the organic toiletries stocked for our use. Seriously, sometimes you have to pack heavy on a week long trip, but this house has everything you need, including a magnificent view of the lake! Thank you for sharing your fantastic space with us!! Incline Village made believers out of us. We love Lake Tahoe.

Stayed Sep 11, 2025My friends were very happy that I got this house for the 5 of us. Enough bedrooms and equally enough bathrooms. The view was beautiful. We really liked how stocked the house was. Especially the kitchen. We truly appreciated it having everything that we needed. I would recommend to my family to stay here in the future.

Stayed Aug 18, 2025We really enjoyed the place and the view. I would like to say that we could have used more towels and hand towels. Also we could have used kleenex in the bathrooms. The cold handle in the master bathroom comes off. Also we could have used instructions for the jacuzzi because we never got it to come on. With all that said we enjoyed our stay and would come again.

Stayed Aug 8, 2025Check in was easy and the house was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for all the activities we did while in the Tahoe area. The neighborhood was very quiet and relaxing. We loved our time together.

Stayed Aug 13, 2025The view from the back deck was absolutely stunning and the location was absolutely perfect for what we had planned! The kitchen was fully stocked with kitchen utensils and appliances! I would say the house could use a little upkeep and deep cleaning. I do think there’s a lack of communication with the parking. They were clear that there was room for a couple cars but it wasn’t clear that the driveway and garage are very small. We had a Jeep gladiator truck and it did not fit well at all. If we had larger SUVs they would not have fit in the garage or on the driveway and there’s a large fine if parked on the street. Lastly- there was a lack of communication in general from the property manager. We tried reaching out via text and messenger that they provided and did not hear back from them.

Stayed Jul 17, 2025House and neighborhood are beautiful. Area is lovely. You are not with tourists even though you are one. Communicating with the property is not timely. There is no easy way to contact someone. They also did not inform us in advance if a maintenance man beingvat the house.

Stayed Jul 24, 2025The view was the best part of this property. The neighborhood was also gorgeous and quiet. I will give pros and cons of my stay:Pros- Beautiful view- Nice home, but it is pretty dated in terms of asthetic- Great property management, they were very responsive- Big kitchen and big greatroom. The kitchen also had a ton of kitchen plates, cups, utensils, cooking, etc. - Upstairs is on the same level as the majority of the home, which was so helpful with packing/unpackingCons- I am a bit Type-A and would have prefered a bit of a cleaner home- The BBQ is pretty small so you often have to cook in groups- Everything in the house creaks. All of the doors creak, patio, stairs, etc. - The downstairs bedrooms can hear every little thing happening upstairs, so bring earplugs! - Garages are pretty small

Stayed Jun 22, 2025Overall a great trip. House was in nice location with excellent views. Just a bit dated and in need of some upkeep, however the interior was nice. A 4pm check in seemed a bit late after a long day of driving, arrived at 2pm with groceries and nowhere to put them, but I’m assuming that’s fairly standard nowadays.

Stayed Jun 14, 2025All was good inside. Parking is a bit skimpy at this place (single wide garage doors not wide enough for some vehicles, driveway not long enough for some vehicles).

Stayed Feb 27, 2025We had a very good three night stay at this home. There is a good view of the lake through some trees and you can see to the south side of the lake. The vaulted wood ceiling in the living room is great! Two balconies are good as well. The only minor problem was we thought there was a TV in the living room, but instead the family room had a TV. We would stay there again.

Stayed Sep 5, 2024Long weekend spent with our adult children. Enjoyed the house immensely; plenty of room to spread out. Well stocked kitchen and nice deck to have our meals. Good jumping off point for all Tahoe has to offer.

Stayed Aug 4, 2024Best stocked kitchen ever! But - some chairs broken - master bedroom throw rug danger to walk on crumpled -windows in upstairs bedroom did not close - lower deck lights weren’t operating when we were visited by a bear that damaged the window screen (already reported) - both decks cobwebs and dirty. Upper deck lake view very enjoyable. Not enough linens in kitchen and bathrooms. Cobwebs in and out.

Stayed Jun 16, 2024The house was set up great for our stay. Clean, comfy beds, well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Spacious and comfy living room although we spent most of our time on the deck looking at the lake. Shortly before our check-in time I received a message that windows in a bedroom were needing attention and to not open. This wasn’t a big deal for us. Within minutes of our arrival in the house the maintenance man appeared to look at the windows and did some repair so they would open. Wow - nice! Others in reviews commented about construction next door. There was a construction crew working on the house next door but we were never bothered by it. Would stay again!

Stayed Jun 1, 2024The property was in a good location, although there was a lot of construction next door that started by 7:30 each morning. The property was clean and well stocked (trash bags, dishwasher packets, laundry soap, spices). The house was somewhat dated, but was quite comfortable for our group. The views of the lake from the deck were a great bonus.
