Crystal Palace: Prime Keuka Lake Location!

Lovely area. Wonderful house. Right on the water with perfect swimming. I would definitely come back. Walk to two wineries. Only one thing and that is my mattress was too hard for my liking. We had a truly enjoyable weekend!

The property was clean and in good condition. Great access to the lake. Great Wi-Fi and tvs.

The mattresses should be replaced, not very comfortable. No knives in kitchen except steak knives. Noticed that a previous person probably did not moved the grill away from the house before using and melted the siding. Love to do puzzles but there only seem to be 40 watt bulbs in place, I like low lighting but it is hard to do close work with this wattage and the light was on a dinner switch that could give you that ambient lighting. Wished the outside seating would have been available as it was in the 70s for our trip. All in though we enjoyed the place.

The property was in a great location - perfect view of the lake. House was well-appointed and very comfortable. Cleanliness was beyond our expectations.

Crystal Palace was exactly what we were looking for! It was perfect for three couples - three beautiful bedrooms and 2 bathrooms! The living room and dining room area was nice and spacious with plenty of comfortable seating for all 6 of us. The view from the living room was a dream and fortunately the weather was nice enough for us to be able to also enjoy the lovely patio overlooking the lake. The kitchen was also very well-stocked for the cook in our group. AND the house was very nice and clean. A few items I’ll mention just so the owners know they need to be addressed........the main floor toilet seat was damaged......the master bedroom vertical blinds were missing a few slats . Certainly nothing that would prevent us from renting here again.

We enjoyed every minute of our trip to the Finger lakes. The home we stayed in was lovely. We especially enjoyed the availability of a fire pit by the dock area. We enjoyed star gazing and wine tasting every evening. Five star accommodations!

The only thing bad I can say is-we had to leave!

We really enjoyed our stay at Crystal Palace on Keuka Lake! Home was beautiful - layout was great for our family of 8 and the living room set up and views of the lake were spectacular. We really enjoyed the lakefront dock and firepit. Everything was as described - our only issue was outdoor furniture hadn’t been put out and it was a beautiful weekend but someone came later in the day to get the furniture from the garage. Back outdoor area and patio could use some maintenance from overgrowth of weeds and attention needed to LR sliding screen as was difficult to use and is the only way in and out from patio. We appreciated the kitchen was very well stocked.

Stayed Mother's Day weekend for 3 nights. My sisters and my mother - total of 4. While this was a little pricey compared to some others - we chose Crystal Palace because of the relatively flat lake front layout. My mother is 93 and while she is mobile we didn't want steps from the parking to house (there are none) and limited steps to the lake (about 15, but they are gradual). The view is wonderful. Most houses on this lake are quite close together as was this - no neighbors because it was early in the season, but could get busy in summer. Although the houses on either side are small, so probably not too many occupants at any given time. Small lake frontage, but it does have a beach style walk in which not all the houses do, so this would be nice in summer if you want to swim. The landscaping from the house to dock is just as pictured and is very nice. The house was immaculate. Exactly as pictured. Only 4 of us, but would be comfortable for the listed maximum of 8/9. About 10 minutes to Hammondsport. Quite a few wineries within 10 minutes (McGregor has a fun set up and great views). The Switz for lakeside dining is about 2 minutes away - decent food, fun atmosphere and great views.
