Stayed Oct 4, 2025Two perfect days, starting with the location of the residence. Beautiful and pleasant neighborhood. Restaurants, cafés, and the beach are all within walking distance. Several places feature live music performances. Excellent communication.

Stayed Aug 13, 2025Disappointed for the extra charges for the family members & stuff wasn't provided after charged the extra money, when a person booked a property then they are allowed to use the whole property but this one time in my life faced this issue which was really disappointed.She gave a reason that she lives far away which is not the valid answer not to provide the proper stuff.

Stayed Sep 9, 2025Clean, neat, modern. Only negatives were the dryer wasn't working and no washcloths, just hand towels and bath towels, but I guess some people don't use washcloths.

Stayed Aug 9, 2025The cottage was immaculate and had everything we needed for a lovely holiday. Felicia was very easy to communicate with and answered all of my questions quickly. The cottage is equipped with plenty of comfy seating for relaxing (indoors & out). My kids especially loved the HUGE tv for movie nights. We had a great stay!

Stayed Aug 23, 2025it is a beautiful cottage/house with all of the modern amenities one could ask for. Everything inside is quite new and updated. Quiet neighbourhood and only 25 minutes to Niagara Falls!

Property is within walking distance to the beach, but for my youngest, she was a bit tired at the end of the beach day to walk back, but it's still reasonable. Thanks for being great host!

Stayed Jul 2, 2025We had a wonderful stay at Felicia's place! The location was ideal, close to the beach. This property was one the best properties that we ever stay when we go for vacation. It was a pleasure staying at Felicia's place. The house was spotless and well-equipped with all the good furniture and appliances, all like a new!house was very clean and there is a beautiful outdoor patio furniture under the gazebo in back of the house with bbq.I absolutely recommend to all my family and friends.
