Crown Point House AC Just 2 Blocks To The Bay!

Perfect place for our family to stay.

Our stay here was for a regatta. Close to the course, brilliant coffee shop. Walking distance to restaurants, Trader Joe’s, Sprouts. A lovely home that was outfitted for all daily necessities. Definitely 5 ⭐️

We had guys getting together for a bit of a reunion in San Diego. This Crown Point property was perfectly located for us to enjoy the Mission Beach area, a day at the Del Mar Racetrack, Little Italy Farmer's Market, and the SD Harbor. The house is also located in a really cool Crown Point neighborhood. The house was a great size, very clean, fantastic kitchen, and had front and back patios that made the place feel huge! I highly recommend this place and look forward to coming back.

House was very clean and comfortable. It was also nice to have two different porches depending on time of day. Two block walk to public beach at Mission Bay. There is an apartment located above the garage that has tenants but it was not an issue. Would stay again

The house was fantastic close to bay, park, beach & restaurants. The location was quite and safe and our family had a great time relaxing and enjoying the area. Allen (Robert) was a great host and very helpful

We have rented many properties over the years and this was by far the best we have ever stayed at. The kitchen was absolutely wonderful with all the equipment needed to cook for our extended family, the home was comfortable and beautifully decorated, and the location was awesome. I would highly recommend this hole and would happily stay here again!

My friends and I had a wonderful mother, daughter weekend with our girls. This house has a great location plus it is very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the patio area . We will rent it again .

This stay was really 5 stars - from the comfortable towels and bedding to the cleanliness of the place, plentiful kitchen supplies and access to Netflix. And it’s a great location - walk to both sides of the bay. It was also super calm but close to restaurants and activity. Obviously it had been remodeled with care, including the decor. Our family of four had an amazing stay, and even celebrated my young daughter’s birthday while here and it felt like home. Thanks Robert / Alan.

We rented to visit our son who is stationed in San Diego. The home has been beautifully newly remodeled. We had a group of 8 and it accommodated us very well. Bedding was very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Alan had the bathrooms nicely stocked with shampoo, etc. too. The home is only minutes drive to most attractions and we had store close by for any immediate needs. Alan was prompt and easy to reach. We were looking for a place we could feel like home and this accomplished that for our visit! I would highly recommend this home!
