The Space:

The Crown Jewel is an extraordinary Austin estate seton 10 private acres in the heart of the lively Fitzhugh Corridor. This one-of-a-kind property offers a rare blend of luxury, comfort, and wide-open space to gather, celebrate, and unwind. From its beautifully designed interiors to its resort-style outdoor amenities, every part of the experience was made to bring people together and create lasting memories.



Main House Bedrooms

• Bedroom 1: King bed

• Bedroom 2: King bed

• Bedroom 3: Two queen beds

• Bedroom 4: 1 Bunk Bed (Queen/Full)

• Bedroom 5: 1 Bunk Bed (Queen/Full)

• Bedroom 6: 2 Bunk Beds (2 Queen/ 2 Full)

• Bedroom 7: 1 Bunk Bed (Queen/Full) + Twin trundle bed

• Five full bathrooms + one half bath



Private Bunkhouses

• Bunkhouse 1 (Bedroom 7): 2 Bunk Beds (2 Queen/ 2 Full), kitchenette (mini fridge + microwave), private bathroom

• Bunkhouse 2 (Bedroom 8): 2 Bunk Beds (2 Queen/ 2 Queen), kitchenette, private bathroom



Indoor Living

• Gather in the open living spaces with a fireplace, multiple dining areas, and plenty of room for group activities. The chef’s kitchen comes fully stocked for event catering, family feasts, or casual meals.

Other Things to Note:

Please note, events and parties are not permitted. We have neighbors in close proximity. Quiet hours are between 10pm-7am.



Also, please note we have routine pool / spa maintenance scheduled midweek. Typically, maintenance will take roughly 15 minutes, and the pool / spa will be available for use after the service is completed.



Pool heating is available upon request for an additional $100 per day. (There is no fee to heat the hot tub).
