Stayed Apr 18, 2026When we arrived there was what looked to be sewer or something gross coming out of a pipe at the house next door. The driveway was wet looking so not sure if it was seeping up from that. The house is very old & not deep cleaned. The master bed frame was coming apart, literally had to hand tighten several bolts almost coming out. The toilet in one bathroom is literally about to fall thru the floor. If you step near the toilet the floor squishes. There was laundry left in the dryer & some bedding in the washer. One bedroom had hair all over the sheets when we pulled the covers back as well as a pretty large dirty spot on the side making me feel like the sheets werent changed in that room. There were small kids handprints all over the window in the livong room. The kitchen window had a piece of trim placed to keep someone from accessing it open from the outside because the window doesnt lock.

Stayed Mar 31, 2026We wanted to be in Waldo and this was the perfect location for us. The house is very comfortable and spacious inside; great wifi, nice bathrooms and kitchen, exactly as pictured on VRBO. John was a nice and very responsive host. This will certainly be our first choice the next time we return to KC.

Stayed May 9, 2025The location of this cute little bungalow can't be beat. We were close to so much and it was a great way to see the city. It was so easy to get around. Also, there is a walking trail right next door which is incredible for morning walks.
