PROS: Property appeared clean.Property was nicely decorated.Communication with property manager was good.Property has 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms with 1 half bath, which was perfect for our group.Property is pet friendly with a big backyard if you're bringing a dog.Property is close to downtown.CONS:Property needs exterminator. Big ant problem as well as a few cockroaches in kitchen and bathrooms. Property management was made aware and indicated they will be remedying the problem.Property has a distinct scent of cat urine. We burned candles to get rid of the smell and property management was made aware of this and indicated they would be addressing the issue.
