The lower level is perfect for families, with a cozy living area and toys and games for the little ones. A Pack-N-Play, highchair, and stair gate are also provided for your convenience.

Love this house! Lots of space, plenty of bedrooms with very comfortable beds. Great for families. The open kitchen and living area were perfect for gathering for meals and to watch TV.

Keyless Entry: Check-in with ease using a unique code sent on the morning of your arrival.

Parking: Space for 2–3 cars in the back driveway via the alley, with additional street parking available. The garage is usable but has no remote access.

Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.



Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.



☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.



⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late



Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.



No Pets: This is a pet-free property due to allergies.



Mail Access: USPS mail delivery is not available during your stay.



Garage Access: The garage is usable but does not include a remote; parking is available in the back driveway or on the street.
