House sits in a great neighborhood. The property inside and out was beautiful. Nice size rooms with top notch amenities. Conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. If you didn’t want to eat out, had a full size beautiful kitchen to cook in. Close location to all of Oregon’s sports events. We will definitely stay here again!

Lovely place! We loved the amenities

A serene hideaway for us visiting grandparents. It also enabled our granddaughters to sleep over twice, to their great delight.

Fran was incredibly helpful (I had some clarifying questions, and the responses were helpful and quick), and the property was a great place to unwind during a hectic UO graduation schedule... wish I could've spent more time in the backyard! Would definitely consider this place if I ever had plans to visit Eugene again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Fran & Franks!Everything we expect with VRBO & more! Clean, large spaces, unexpected surprises (foosball, pingpong) huge tv, hosts accessible & the setting was awesome (blooming azaleas, lilacs & rhododendrons!

We were able to relax in the basement unit during a busy weekend - it was perfect. Thanks so much for dealing with our package search! We'll be back.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here! The property is peaceful and private. Fran was a wonderful hostess with great communication. I would return and certainly would recommend!

My daughter stayed with her 2 kids (7 & 2) and husband for four nights and it was a perfect fit. The location is 3 blocks from us so they could walk several times a day. The space was quiet and comfortable.

As described clean, and remote. Hosts were excellent and ensured we were taken care of.

Crest View is a very comfortable home away from home. There is nothing to complain about or improve - it’s such a wonderful place to stay! The kitchen is well equipped. The bathroom is spacious. It’s also very quiet. We wish we had time to play ping pong!

Fran and Frank were very nice and friendly in welcoming us to their apartment home for our stay! They recommended the best places to eat when we asked. Apartment was very clean and very nice, with granite countertops, walk-in glass door shower and crown molding everywhere. The outside yard area was one of our favorite parts of our 2 day stay. It's very scenic. Thank you again Fran and Frank! We had a great start and would stay at your home again in a heartbeat!

A beautiful location and we loved the Crest Heights walking trail nearby. We picked it for the recliners but very nicely furnished. The hosts checked several times to see if we needed anything but also gave us our space.

Everything about our stay was perfect. Very nicely and thoughtfully appointed. Could not ask for anything more. We will certainly be back.

The description doesn’t do the property justice. It is in a beautiful location with a private outdoor space. The inside is very well taken care of and has everything needed for a vacation. The owners were very accommodating and accessible if needed. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Spacious 2 bedroom apartment with everything we needed. We stayed here 3 nights and really enjoyed our visit. Beautiful landscaping in a quiet neighborhood, would definately come back.
