Stayed May 25, 2026We were in town for our son's Air Force Academy Graduation, we had 10guests staying with us. The house was nice in that one of the bedrooms w/en-suite full bath was on the main floor which allowed for our guest who couldn't traverse stairs stay there & was still able to be involved w/ all activities. The other bedrooms were nice & had full baths, except for one, it adjoined another bedroom & it was easily shared. The kitchen was large & so was fridge which made it easy to store & cool all the items we brought. Our meals were catered, we didn't cook much, but the kitchen seemed to be equipped with what you need. There is only one regular 12 cup coffee pot. There were things that were pictured but not actual: dining room was equipped with a different table & chairs but still sat 10-12. The pool table that is featured was not in working order at the time of our visit, nor were the sticks, much to our chagrin. The weather was cold & rainy we did not get to enjoy the hot tub nor the putting green. If you do plan on using it bring your own putters & balls, they were not provided. The bean bag toss game was broken as well. The upstairs tenants were loud during quiet hours, which made it difficult to sleep without having a fan on for white noise. Thankfully there were plenty of fans & they were working. Also, the AC worked great which helped a little in blocking out noise from upstairs. Overall, the property was good & the management team was responsive, communicative & reactive.

Stayed Apr 22, 2026The house was the perfect size for our extended family. I’m sure it was a beautiful home at one time. The house needs a lot of work. The door to the basement did not have a door lock. We had small children so we took precautions to keep them safe. The pool table just needs to be removed because it’s ripped and you really can’t play. The hot tub was gross. Gave it 3 stars for cleanliness. Items in the house were dusty. Floors were just swept, not actually clean. Furniture was falling apart in bedrooms. Coffee maker was dirty. The backyard was all beat up from weather and usage. We did receive quick responses from the company when we had questions or concerns. Downtown shops were great. Loved Dos Dos. Houses are so close that we can see in others apartment. We did have a great time while celebrating a wedding. Will visit Colorado Springs again.

Stayed Mar 8, 2026Beautiful house and just like the pictures! The host was mostly respondent to all our concerns. However we were only supplied with one, not full, paper towel roll for our 5 days stay. The host did send us more rolls later that day. I wish it was more clear in the listing that the upstairs 3rd floor is rented out separately, you have to read very carefully in the listing to realize that. We did have a slight issue with the A/C when we arrived, the upstairs was very hot but once we noticed the host the situation was settled. Overall the house was beautiful and spacious and our group had a great time!

Stayed Jan 22, 2026The hosts were attentive and responsive but there were many problems that were unable to be addressed satisfactorily. First, the hot tub wasn’t working and they still charged us for this, not automatically refunding the money.Second and more importantly, the heat was unable to be controlled properly and the upstairs was incredibly uncomfortable to the point almost all of the rooms there were essentially unable to be used because they were 85 degrees plusThey offered us 20% of our next stay at one of their properties but the right thing to do would have been not to charge us for the unusable hot tub and given us the discount on this stay. I have no intention of ever staying at one of their properties again, and requested a 20% refund on this stay, which they refused. They offered a paltry 8% refund which was unacceptable.Would definitely not recommend.

Stayed Aug 20, 2025Great location easy check in however the hot tub was not hot and the television and internet did not work. We contacted the numerous telephone numbers we had for the owners or operators.We were informed they were working on the issue and get right back to us. They never did. I had to constantly contact them and the issue was NEVER resolved while we were there. The penthouse was also rented and those renters told us the problem existed when they checked in and they had been attempting to get it fixed two days before we arrived.

Stayed Aug 8, 2024Beautiful Victorian him with lots of character! Modern kitchen bedrooms and bathrooms. Close to downtown restaurants and entertainment. Perfect for a girls trip weekend! Highly recommend!
