Creekview Manor: Dale Hollow Views, Massive Deck & Boat Parking!

This is the fourth year we have rented. House is excellent and has everything you need for a great stay. Always clean, new outside furniture this year along with new chairs around the fire pit. Definitely recommend and we will try to stay at this house every year we go back. Owner is excellent to work with and responds promptly to any questions.

Our stay at this home initially seemed pleasant, but it ultimately turned into a total nightmare. When my wife went to shower in the master bathroom, we noticed very soon after that there was water pouring into the downstairs level. We located a crack in the shower floor, which appeared to be missing the foam underlay, which would have been necessary for a correct shower install. As you can see in the photos of the water damage to the downstairs ceiling, this was a long-standing issue.We took every precaution to minimize the damage, including catching the water as it fell, drying the mess in the basement, and not using the shower for the rest of our stay. I immediately contacted the owner to report the issue, thinking we were all on the same page. They thanked me for the heads-up and didn’t express any concern at the time. Fast forward TWO WEEKS, and I get hit with a 1,500 fine for “damaging” the shower, and now I'm expected to pay for a full replacement!Let me be clear: we did not cause the damage. It was a pre-existing, neglected maintenance problem that any responsible host should have addressed long before my stay. Instead, this owner is trying to push their repair costs onto paying guests. No proof was provided that we damaged the property.If you’re considering this rental, beware: you might get stuck footing the bill for their lack of upkeep. There are plenty of great hosts on VRBO—this one is NOT among them.

This was our annual family trip to Dale Hollow. The Creekview Manor house was perfect for our growing family. The house was very clean and had more than enough room for our four couples and two children. The house is beautiful on the inside and out. Nice secluded location with a spectacular view of the lake. We will definitely be coming back!

I have stayed at several vacation properties and this has been by far the best! Location to Sulphur Creek for boating access was 10 minutes. View is spectacular! The space and sleeping arrangements very good.

This home was off the beaten path in wonderful setting over looking the valley with views of dale hollow lake and forest! Very peaceful and quiet with the amenities of a large home with plenty of room to have your on space if you wish or gather and enjoy your company! The full deck was very enjoyable to sit and enjoy the view! If you wish to cook or eat away there are 2-3 restaurants within 20 minutes to enjoy! The people in this area are very down to home and nice! Came down to play golf at the dale hollow resort golf course 20 minutes away and it was excellent!

This property is excellent in every way. Beautiful home with terrific view of the lake. The kitchen is supplied with everything we need. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms supplied with quality towels. Check in/out instructions are easy to follow and concise. 16 guys attended our 34th annual golf outing. We rented two additional homes in the area but Creekview Manor is the anchor where we assembled for dinners and breakfasts. After dinner everyone hangs out on the deck or by the fire pit for a few drinks and many laughs. This is the third consecutive year we have come to Dale Hollow Lake and will continue to come.

This is a great property that was just as advertised. Communication with owner was great! Property is 10 minutes from a marina and 20 minutes to the beautiful Dale Hollow state park golf course.

Great place. We were 8 golfers but this place can easily accommodate 12.

A hidden gem. Excellent accommodations. Located w/in reasonable distance of multiple marinas. Provides a wonderful & relaxing atmosphere. Would strongly recommend.

We were very pleased with our stay . Tons of space to play games or just relax on the deck. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need and more. We have stayed in many vrbo’s around Dale hollow and everyone said this was the best so far.

This house was perfect for our group. The property is beautiful inside and out. The house has everything you need. We can’t wait to visit again next year! Dale Hollow Lake never disappoints!
