Stayed Mar 13, 2026There was a windstorm that left the property without electricity untill just before we got there. Hottub was cold.:(...The lid was off it as well so it was pretty dirty too. Tho no fault of host, we rented the place for the hottub so we were kinda dissappointed. Other than that it was great! It snowed more than 2 feet while we were up there-so gorgeous!

Stayed Jun 25, 2025We had a great time at this cabin. It was so quiet and peaceful there. The house was well equipped. It was very clean. Any questions we had or concerns were answered by the host very quickly. There are a lot of stairs, but we managed them very well. If I were to go back to Black Hawk, I would certainly want to stay there again.

Stayed Jul 27, 2023This was the perfect home away from home for our family vacation! Very easy to get to, and relatively close to cute towns with lots of restaurants and shopping. Lots of hiking trails, some within walking distance and some just a short drive. Absolutely beautiful setting, we LOVED the creek! Very quiet street/safe area. Hot tub is very nice and good sized. Property manager is very friendly and very quick to respond to our one *minor* issue upon check-in. HIGHLY recommend!!

Stayed Dec 30, 2022Some friends and I rented this cabin for a NYE weekend. It was perfect- comfortable, charming, and not too far of a drive. We were able to walk to a trail head for snowshoeing and relaxed in the hot tub in the evening. Great place!

Stayed Sep 23, 2022This cabin was even better in person. The property was beautiful, there was a small pond and fish would come into it from the creek. I enjoyed having coffee here in the morning. There was plenty of space indoors plenty of rooms and beds. The kitchen had everything we needed to make dinner one of the nights. I would definitely recommend.
