Stayed Jun 5, 2026What a fantastic property! So many fun rooms to explore…I wish we were able to stay longer to take advantage of it all! Perfect for a multi family trip with older teens and young adult kids…though I did find myself thinking what a blast they would’ve had here if they were little! Thanks so much for a great weekend!

Stayed Apr 13, 2026This property was one of the best maintained that I’ve ever stayed in. It was exactly as advertised, and very well appointed. Everything was in working order, from the hot tub, sauna, well appointed kitchen, gazebo by the river, game rooms. All of it was superb. A very good value for a large group and delightful in every way

Stayed Apr 3, 2026Last minute getaway to meet up with family and this property was a gem. We had age ranges from 8-80 and there was something for everyone! Thoughtful amenities and communication was best in class.Sleeping areas all had comfy beds and house was maintained very well. Loved the yard and shared spaces. Will keep this on our list of future places to stay in the area.

Stayed Feb 16, 2026The hosts were incredibly welcoming and informative from the start. The thoughtful touches — especially the handwritten note welcoming our group, the stocked coffee and tea bar, and all of the well-appointed amenities — made us feel right at home. The house was spotless, fully equipped, and had the exact “wow” factor we were hoping for for our team retreat. We truly used every room and enjoyed the outdoor space as well. It was a perfect experience from start to finish!

Stayed Oct 9, 2025This was a beautiful property and exactly the vibe we were going for! It was the perfect place for our group of adults. Plenty of bedrooms and king/queen beds for all the couples! Plenty of toilet paper and towels as well. We enjoyed sitting by the fire pit and playing pool in the finished garage. Kapil was very responsive and provided videos to show how to work certain things at the house. If you have a trip to KY planned, this is a great place to stay!

Stayed Oct 1, 2025Host was extremely responsive, bedrooms comfortable, hot tub worked great, kitchen and laundry appliances were top notch. Kitchen cooking supplies could be improved but we made it work! All of our guests (10) were completely satisfied, backyard was awesome for frisbee! Thanks a lot Kapil!!!!

Stayed Jul 11, 20253 stories of activities and entertainment. Lots of room for everyone to spread out and lots of stuff to bring everyone together. Huge backyard for yard games that backs to a creek with a nice extra patio area. The sauna, hot tub and fire pit kept us busy outdoors and the theatre room, poker table and large table for table games kept us entertained inside. There were 14 of us and everyone had space to sleep with plenty of bathrooms nearby. Our host was very communicative and even sent some instructional videos. The bridge just off of HWY60 was closed (until Sept 2025) which lead to a detour to get to the house, which our host warned us about and sent directions, this was no trouble as it made the location more secluded and quieter. 5/5. Would book again!

The house is incredibly spacious and perfect for large groups, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The amenities are top-notch and unlike anything we’ve seen before—especially the speakeasy-style lounge, which quickly became everyone’s favorite hangout spot.The themed rooms were thoughtfully designed and made the stay even more memorable. The layout of the home was very functional, making it easy to gather together or find a quiet corner when needed.Location-wise, it couldn’t have been better—just minutes from Downtown and close to several key stops on the Bourbon Trail. Another huge plus was the ample parking, which easily accommodated our 8–10 vehicles.If you’re looking for a unique and unforgettable stay for your group, this home checks all the boxes. Highly recommend!
