This was the cutest little home. Loved how they updated it. We only slept in the room behind the front sitting area, but the bed was very comfortable. The entire home was perfect for our weekend getaway. Convenient to Main street.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. I have stayed in many short-term rentals. This was, by far, the best I have stayed in. The house was immaculate and so well decorated. I really can't come up with anything that wasn't absolutely perfect. Two bedrooms with really comfortable beds, two bathrooms (en suites) with walk-in showers, 2 living areas and a great kitchen. The location was perfect as well. I will absolutely stay here again. Thank you for your lovely home. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

This was our second year in a row to stay here. It’s perfect for our needs. It’s well furnished, comfortable, and everything worked. We each had our own room, plus two living areas. Plenty of room for “alone” time if desired.

Charming historical property in a safe and well-kept neighborhood close to shops and restaurants. The house reflects the character of Fredricksburg, yet provides every modern amenity for ease of stay. The bathrooms and kitchen were updated, impeccably clean and well appointed. I can’t say enough about the care taken with this property, including the maintenance, communication and check-in procedures. Just wow!

This house was perfect for a trip with 4 girls! The house is super cute! Very clean! When we weren't out and about we loved hanging out in the kitchen and den playing games and relaxing. Would definitely stay here again.

Such a cute house! When we walked in we were greated with a pleasant fragrance, soft music and soft lighting instantly creating a warm and welcoming space. Loved the speak easy space a nice bonus area. Location was great we wish we would have made plans to spend more time in Fredericksburg.

We had everything we needed as if we were at home!!

This little gem of a house was perfect for our girls' weekend! Nicely appointed, plenty of towels, and coffee and creamer were even provided. A bit off the beaten path of the downtown area which made it quiet. Overall, I would stay here again.

This is a great 2B 2B house. Its in a very quiet neighborhood a little further down from the madness of main street. My sister and I got stuck here 2 extra days due to weather. Pros: Great kitchen appliances and fully stocked to cook most anything, bathroom up to date with great water pressure and heaters! It was really cold when we were there. Awesome front porch with rocking chairs and fire pit in the back. Sectional in the living room is very comfy and big. Staff was very responsive and accommodating since we had to add on 2 days for inclement weather. Cons: Not many nor are they deal breakers. Front door has 2 side windows with no coverings. At night you can see in and if someone knocked they can see you walking up. Feel safer to have privacy. Same with back kitchen door- window not covered. Just know there aren't any closets. Theres a ladder to hang clothes on. Worked OK but it made for a lot going on in the small bedroom. Overall house was a 10 and we would stay again.

We loved our stay at this adorable Fredericksburg cottage. It’s just a couple blocks off Main Street, so getting to shops and restaurants was easy, but the house still felt quiet and peaceful at night. The cottage was very clean and clearly well cared for, with a cozy, charming style (the front porch with the rocking chairs and red door is as cute as it looks in the photos). Beds and bathrooms were a great size, and the showers were a standout with plenty of hot water, great water pressure, and lots of space. Overall, it was comfortable, relaxing, and in a perfect location. We would happily stay here again.

The Guesthaus was amazing. It is beautifully decorated, and exceptionally clean. We had everything we needed, and the location was perfect. We will definitely book again.

The Creek St house was fantastic. Updated bathrooms and kitchen very cozy for 2-4 people. We loved it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your house. It was me and my best friend and we had a very relaxing and restful stay.We have one suggestion, we wish we would have had a couple of chairs up on the back patio to sit and drink coffee in the mornings.Awesome place.Thank youCindy Belton

This little house was awesome. I was a little sad that the dish washer did not work. Also, I think if you had dominos or card games in the house it would give people things to do at night. It would be nice if you had free ESPN too.

Very comfortable house for myself and my friend. We had room to spread out and very much enjoyed seating in the great area watching deer in the backyard and the rain. We had a wonderful relaxing weekend.

Probably the best VRBO rental we've ever had. Clean, charming, great amenities. Everything was perfect! It was just the 2 of us, but the (small) home could have easily accommodated another couple or kids... 2 identical bed/bathrooms. Kitchen was well-equiped. We loved it and highly recommend. We will stay here again on our next visit to Fredricksburg.

Quiet and comfortable.

Location is great! Close to everything but still so serene with beautiful surroundings. Immaculate, historical farmhouse feel with all the modern amenities. The neighborhood was so peaceful, we enjoyed watching a couple deer graze and relax in the backyard! Communication, check in/out was great and super easy. Loved that we had no “chores” to complete before leaving. Definitely recommend!

It was beautiful, bigger than I thought it would be, had everything we needed, room to roam, privacy, shower was great. I have all praise for this property.

This house was exactly what we needed! Plenty of space for each of us in the common areas and the bedrooms were perfect for us. Location was great too. Close enough to everything on Main Street but a couple of blocks away from the traffic. We would definitely stay here again!

Charming is a perfect description of your lovely house! You thought of everything to make it a pleasant stay. Even the distance from restaurants and shops was perfect. I don't see how anyone could ever think but positive thoughts about Creek Street Guesthaus!

Clean, cozy and convenient to everything!

The house had everything we needed, nice big bathrooms with large showers, all the kitchen needs, and the perfect amount of room for me, my mom and sister. Although it wasn’t practical to walk to main, it was a very close/ short drive to the shops and restaurants.

Property was outstanding. We loved the mix of classic and modern, was extremely comfortable. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet getaway, but with access to all that Fredericksburg has to offer.
