Loved this little apartment! It was modern in an older home. Very clean, the hostess thought of everything to make it convenient and efficient for us! We met Jeri as we were checking in, she was very thoughtful and friendly. Would definitely stay again! Thanks, Jeri for the great hospitality!

A couple essentials missing ie salt/pepper or sugar for coffee but they were very helpful and accommodating would stay again

Convenient location in quiet neighborhood

Great for our overnight stay & anyone staying longer. Kitchen/bath had all the basics & amenities. Creative use of space & decor in a classic turn-of-century home. Quick responses from landlord made our trip a breeze!

Our host was able to accommodate our early check in. The house is very close to downtown without being noisy. The unit is so cute and fun! We definitely would consider staying here again!

cute spot with everything you need for the home. it was def very cozy for me, but i can see 2 couples or a group of 4 staying here comfortably. I don't like how there's no door to separate the bedroom from the other bed/living room upstairs. Jerri was responsive and was gracious enough for an early check-in. The process was smooth to check in and he was responsive.

Easy to find. Great instructions. I appreciated that soap was provided because many Vrbo places i have stayed have none.

Ample amount of room with areas where folks can gather and spaces where individuals can retreat. Decor was fun and inviting.

This is such a cute apartment! Spacious yet cozy with eclectic decor that gave it a comfortable lived in feel like you’re staying at a friend’s house. Also very clean and smelled lovely. There was a box fan by each bed which was a nice extra for us fan sleepers.

Jerri was amazing and very accommodating while we stayed in town for an event. We loved the place and had everything we needed! It was very cozy and well decorated. A big plus that it was super easy to get to where we needed to go from there. Would stay here again the next time we're in town!!

The pictures are accurate I just didn’t realize the beds and bathroom were on different floors. My bad for not asking. Had my sis with me who does not do well on stairs especially having to get up during the night. Place was very cute. Had to message host for WiFi pw as the one in the book of the house was wrong. Quick response. If you have to arrive or leave in the dark be aware the outside stairs are not well lit at all.

Overall, very nice property equipped with everything you would need for your stay. Host is very attentive so no issues there. Challenges experienced on the property: stairs are a big challenge leading into the unit and inside the unit a little difficult to navigate especially with luggage so please be aware of that. Also, the Wi-Fi is challenging as well, if you’re a TV person, be aware this location only has Netflix basically that works consistently.. if you are a taller individual being up in the sleeping quarters will be a challenge and depending on which bed you choose to sleep in you may end up hitting your head on the ceiling in the middle of the night so please be aware of that the ceiling is also low at the top of the stairs so that will catch you also. And the restroom is located downstairs while the sleeping quarters are upstairs so if you are someone who may need to use the restroom in the middle of the night, that could be a challenge getting downstairs navigating the stairs and getting to the restroom. And I understand most people don’t vacation to watch TV but there is no TV downstairs in the main area where the kitchen and dining room is so if you’re someone who enjoys local TV and watching TV may be while cooking or eating that’s not an option here. Despite the challenges, I would recommend staying here very nice location.

Place could have been cleaner. Got awoke at 12:30 am from music coming from below. Lasted for at least 45 min. Will not be back.

A nice place to stay- suited what we needed and was accurate to the listing. The second bedroom did not have a door, and beds were very noisy, but otherwise it was great.

Cute lil apartment, only downside is the beds are not real comfortable and squeek when you move at all. Also not for those who cant handle stairs.

Jerri is the best host ever. The place is well stocked with anything you could want to be comfortable. It is super clean. Nice lounge area with a tv and she even offers a guest Netflix account! Plenty of nice towels in the bathroom (cannot tell you how many times I have had to request more). My friend and I came to Minneapolis to visit family and this place was great to come back too.When we come back to the twin cities, I will hopefully be able to book this place again.

This place was exactly what we needed. It was quiet and clean. Check-in was easy and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed.

It was funky in the most artistic and pleasing way. Most ofnthe places we stay in are either sterile generic or have the appearance of being cobbled together. This place had interesting art, vintage furniture, and inviting nooks. The stairs - which were both clearly mentioned as well as depicted - were challenging, but that was all. Greatly appreciated the AC!

Came into town for a couple of twins games. 12 left ride to target field worked out well. Place was clean and comfortable. .

This house is in a perfect location. Quick drive to downtown or Mall of America. Me and my family of four had a great time. We loved the aesthetic of the upper unit. The beds were comfortable. It had everything we needed for a weekend visit. Thank you Jerri!

Pretty space, well maintained. A lot of old and expired food in the refrigerator and freezer that smelled bad.

We enjoyed our stay and had no problems w/ check in or communication. It was a bit cold in the living area b/c we were unable to figure out the radiators, but the host quickly responded to our messages about it.

The updating and eclectic details were wonderful. If we were staying long term, nothing could be lacking; from pots and dishes to laundry and relaxing areas. Wonderfully furnished and decorated. We highly recommend and would sty again. Note that there are lots of stairs (that may be challenging for some folks).

We had a great stay in Jerri's place for May Day 2025. The space (two bedrooms) was just what we needed, but be aware that the second bedroom does not have a door, if privacy of that kind is important for your group. It didn't matter for us, and the space worked out great for us! The location was easy and the apartment had everything we needed to be able to travel light for a quick weekend trip. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay from start to finish. Lodgings were just as described and pictured. Clear and timely communication. Perfect location for my weekend stay in and around Minneapolis. Highly recommended!
