Stayed Dec 21, 2019This Deland house rental was perfect for our needs, conveniently located between Orlando and Daytona. The house was clean, pleasantly furnished and comfortable. Communication with the owners was very good during the week. If in the area again, I wouldn't hesitate to reserve this house for our stay. The only drawback was to use the grill, we would have had to pay a fee.

Stayed May 17, 2019We stayed at this property over the weekend and it was perfect! House was clean furniture was in great shape. Perfect for us as we went to visit family and we were literally blocks from them. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Oct 9, 2025Very cozy and welcoming home. All the beds were comfy and there were plenty of towels. Our kids enjoyed the pool and pool toys. We stayed here while visiting Deland and Orlando.

Stayed Apr 23, 2025Nice stay. Clean home with a nice screened in pool area to relax. Everything worked, clean, smelled fine (no plug-ins to cover up anything smelling musty, which I appreciate). Comfy beds and good showers in a fine neighborhood. Thank you!

Stayed Nov 18, 2024Very comfortable house with lots of room. Plenty of towels, kitchenware, couches, comfortable beds in a very nice neighborhood.. Only recommendation is a better way to access the house. Landlord's key holder is difficult to open and close.

Stayed Jul 18, 2024Clean, well maintained. Kitchen has more utensils and cookware than most other properties I've rented. Beds and linens were very comfortable. Our 2024 trip was my second time renting this house. I would stay here again.

Stayed Jul 25, 2024We have a son that will be going to school in Deland and we wanted to take some time and get to know the area. We visited the local springs as well as the college area. The house was very clean and quiet. The pool was great for the kids. The owner was replied to any questions timely. I will definitely return.

Stayed May 30, 2024Had a great time at our recent stay in Deland. The house was well equipped and super comfortable. The pool and patio area were fantastic for morning breakfasts and afternoon relaxing. Super close to downtown Deland in a good neighborhood.
