Stayed Dec 26, 2023Lixin was wonderful to communicate with. She was prompt and professional. The property itself could be in better repair: -various broken mini blinds -the laundry door to outside does not latch…has to be in locked position -master bath shower-head bracket broken -missing a wheel in dishwasher -missing towel bar/bracket and toilet paper holder -paint peeling off stair railing -floor outlet in loft is broken and is a hole in the floor -Light switch broken -couldn’t find a way to turn on back porch lights -light bulbs missing -pantry had open/broken crackers/trash on floor -hole in kitchen ceiling…maybe an old leak or something? -kitchen towels bleached and stained -only found two washcloths which were also bleached/maybe they were cleaning rags as my face broke out after using. Location was convenient.
