Last-minute ski trip just after New Years'. The house worked great for our needs - we enjoyed the hot tub after a blizzard, and cooked dinners there. As others note, heat downstairs was very hot, but no heat vents directly into upstairs bedrooms so they were cold especially if you leave the doors closed. Space around is nice - especially after fresh snow! - but not very convenient to walk to anything else.

The house was just as pictured, with a cute deck to hang out on during our warm summer evenings. It was really warm upstairs, but there are plenty of fans to cool it off. It is really easily located to get to just about everywhere in North Tahoe, because we definitely did! I imagine that fireplace would be wonderful in the winter months.

This was our second time at this property. We came back as we needed a familiar place to stay with multiple family members. The property is in a great location, however this year there were a lot of building works all around. Kinda noisy in the morning and during the day. The main issue however for us was with the interiors. The two couches were old two year ago for our first visit and have not aged well. Same problems with the bedding and the towels. Very old and worn out. When we stripped the beds the last day we noticed that most of the pillows and the mattresses were old and stained in various parts. That did not live us with a good feeling. The carpet around the house is also very old and not clean. We felt that for the price we paid we should have gotten more and better. The bedding and towels issues especially are very easy fixes that should have been take care of. Overall we managed to have a good vacation, however we would probably not return to this property unless the mentioned issues are resolved.

We absolutely loved our stay at Cozy Cabin celebrating Dads and Grads. It was our family of four's first trip to Tahoe, and the location was perfect. We had everything we needed to enjoy a meal, coffee on the deck, time in the hot tub, or nearby hikes. We'd love to visit again!

The cabin was so cozy, fully stocked and super clean. We visited with another couple and our infant and didn't have any troubles getting in, finding everything we needed for cooking for the baby, and also the fully stocked kitchen was amazing! The rooms were clean, well organized and we had a very comfortable stay. The communication was easy and clear to follow. Hot tub in the back deck was amazing. Definitely coming back.

Had a great visit. Upstairs gets hot in the summer, but fans provided and cools down at night. Very comfortable home.

We were looking for a place with a hot tub and close to a green belt. The cabin fit our needs perfectly. The green belt was across the street so was easy to take the small children sledding without having to get the car packed and go someplace else. The cabin itself is very comfortable and fit our family of 4 adults and 2 children under 5 easily.

Overall this cabin was great. The kitchen has just about everything you need to cook and clean, the hot tub is amazing, the gas fireplace is awesome, plenty of hot water for showers, really comfy beds and a cozy overall feel. The only downside was the heating system which overheats the downstairs and barely heats the upstairs. The property management was helpful and advised us to close the vents downstairs and use the space heaters that they had available in the house upstairs. That helped a bit but it's the one downside to the rental and could probably be fixed with an HVAC maintenance visit. But overall, great rental!
