Cozy Waterfront Home With Boathouse

Just like staying at your own home. Everything needed was there. Host was BEST that we have ever had. Boathouse and dock were perfect. Absolutely nothing negative to say about our stay. Oh yea, the fishing is great too. Already thinking about our next trip down. Duane from Indy

Lake felt peaceful and great view from couch.We was there in Rainsville for rodeo and this place was only 20min from arena.Would definitely stay here again.

Amenities were perfect. Dock house and garage were very convenient.

Had the best time at our annual daddy daughter Thanksgiving trip. Kitchen was fully stocked with appliances and pots/pans for our Thanksgiving meal. Great views, responsive host, and even caught some fishes!

We loved this property. Sitting on the back porch with the view of the lake was amazing. Large master bedroom, smaller secondary room and area in between with additional beds. Clean and well kept place. Would stay here again.

Beautiful view. House stocked with all necessities. Lots of room. Plenty of sleeping room. Wonderful experience and easy check in and check out.

Adorable home right on the lake easy access to the boathouse. Bonus was the garage to park. Our van and trailer in Home had everything we needed, including an awesome view. We will be back.

We were there for a little getaway and fishing. House and property were great, clean and had most everything we needed. Great deck to sit out each morning and enjoy coffee and view of the water. Boat house was nice addition to keep our boat secured. Boys liked they could fish off the pier some. Not ideal for swimming off shore if you wanted. Would definitely consider coming back when it’s not so hot to fish again.

House was as advertised. Very Clean and great views of lake. Lot was level to river. Back Poach made for some great nights and grill was perfect. We could see us coming back again.

Location of house was perfect in a beautiful area. Close to boat ramp and use of boathouse was great and huge convenience. House had everything you needed and located within minutes of stores if needed. Enjoyed our time there immensely and plan a repeat.

Friend and I rent this property just about every spring for a fishing trip. It would also be perfect for a family vacation, friends trip etc easily accommodating 6 people or more. Communication with owner was great and house was clean. We will hopefully continue to book it for many years

The location of this home was perfect for anyone interested in fishing. The home provided lots of beds, privacy and was clean. The outdoor entertainment deck was perfect for watching the sunset , hanging out or coffee in the morning The only thing negative was there was not enough toilet paper, or paper towel supply. The street was quiet and safe

Nice place. Beds were fine. Good water pressure. Only caveat is that the tv had three remotes, how to use?Suggest a bit of how to written down with them.

This property had beautiful views of Lake Guntersville. The home was very comfortable and roomy. It was conveniently close to restaurants and shopping centers. The back deck and yard were super nice! Regrettably, the weather was too cold to enjoy being outside! Definitely would recommend this property!

This was a relaxing and beautiful place to spend the week of Christmas with our family! The home was very accommodating and comfortable, and the waterfront yard is beautiful, enhanced by wildlife such as deer, ducks, and a variety of birds. I highly recommend this home!

My wife and I really enjoyed our five day stay. Ours was a stay to enjoy fishing, so my review is based on that perspective. The home was comfortable and in a great location. It is very near a public boat ramp. It has a useful boat house to dock your boat out of the weather, with power and lighting at the dock. It is on a more protected part of the river with less waves and wake. Access to the main channel is easy. Tony was accommodating of our check in request. After check-in we found a couple of the listed amenities were missing. Incredibly, within minutes Tony had replacements dropped off at our front door. I’ve never had such a friendly, timely response and resolution. The home is nothing fancy and has some quirks in its design and amenities, which can be seen in the listing photos, but they were not a problem for us. We are accustomed to high end properties, but found this one to be very comfortable and enjoyable. When returning to Lake Guntersville we would consider ourselves fortunate to stay at this home again. In fact, we enjoyed it so much that we were clearing our calendars to stay a week longer than planned. Sadly, but not unexpectedly, the home was already booked. Thank you, Tony for a wonderful stay.
