Cozy, Waterfront Cottage.Hot Tub! Avail Aug30-Sept4

The cottage was comfortable and accurately described. The communication with the host was quick and easy. It was a good place to have a dog.

We had an amazing weekend here. Carrie was amazing and always just a message away if we had a question or any concerns. This was a perfect peaceful weekend that was much needed for our family. We hope to come back again in the warmer months!

The location was okay — about 30 minutes from LBI. The closest beach was unfortunately quite buggy and not very clean. The indoor space was very clean and well-kept, though the backyard setup felt a bit chaotic. Unfortunately, my husband got sick, and we had to leave a night early. I asked about a partial refund for the unused night, but the owner wasn’t able to offer one.

My daughter and I loved everything about the property. Her dog loved the fenced yard. We will definitely be back. It’s a great location for us to meet up because we live far apart.

I had a great time while vacationing here! Thank you for the prompt attention to detail..The host was very kind, and kept in touch with me throughout my stay. I'd stay here again for sure! The place was clean, and close to a lot of great local restaurants. The backyard, and small dock is quiet and peaceful in the evenings.

The house was so cute. Everything was perfectly designed. It was so nice to sit on the dock just to relax. Plenty of room for us, and our dog. Cari was checking in with us, and answered any questions we had. 5*

This was a great place to spend a quiet weekend with the kids and the dogs. The backyard is super fun with its beach-y vibe and the house was very cute. Everyone loved it and the hosts were super responsive and helpful.

This has become our home away from home. We couldn't ask for a better experience. This is the second year in a row we've closed our the summer in our little paradise and we will surely be back next year. Cari is a fantastic host who maintains a beautiful property with everything you need at your fingertips.

Could not have happier- attention to details were amazing- cozy, clean and right on the water- what else could you ask for. Perfect location for a quiet relaxing getaway! House was super clean and Cari was very quick to respond and went above and beyond to accommodate us with more paper supplies. Would definitely come back to this lovely home on the water

The property was exactly as stated in ad. Everything we needed was there! Outback patio was great! Kids loved being on the water kayaking and swimming!! Owner was very quick to answer our questions! Can’t wait to return next year!!!

House is adorable. And being on the water is amazing. We went swimming, crabbing, fishing and paddle boarding! Loved everything about this house. Bay beach was only 10 minutes away and LBI beaches were about 40 minutes. Definitely want to come back! Owner was quick to answer any questions, and even checked in on us after a bad storm.

We really enjoyed our vacation at this lovely cottage. The location and neighborhood were great. The cottage has comfortable accommodations and the backyard and dock provided a great view of the water canals any time of the day!

Rained our entire stay. Still enjoyable even with 2 dogs! Back yard is completely fenced in so we could just let them out. Yard is primarily sand so it wasnt muddy when we brought them in.When inside you can still enjoy the beautiful view from the living room and kitchen table out of the sliding glass door. Look forward to our next visit! Rain or shine!

We had a nice stay. The host was responsive and flexible/accommodating with a few requests I had before booking. This was a great place for me and my 15 year old daughter. The beds were comfortable and the house had just about everything we needed (although my teenager was disappointed the snacks in some of the review pictures we had seen were not provided ). Sadly, the mid-March weather wasn’t cooperative for us to enjoy the spacious yard, ample outdoor seating and nice view. The wifi was great for remote work.

From reservation to check out everything was spot on. Will definetly be visiting again.

This home was adorable! Alot of attention to details making it fun and comfortable for our family (including our bernadoodle, Tammy) Our host thought of everything! The beach backyard and dock where great with many separate areas to lounge and enjoy the views. Overall great get away and the location!
